Shorter lift today felt a bit off, had a rough day, which led to training way later than I usually do on Sundays but glad I got it done.

Back and some side delts

3x normal grip lat pull down
4x nautilus plate loaded low to high row
4x machine side lateral raises
2x reverse pec deck

In and out, gym was closing.

Back to the work grind tomorrow, be a long day flying solo running the parts department alone, 7am to 6pm, so tomorrow is a planned rest day.

Good on ya man! I'm a big fan of getting some sets in when I'm feeling off, even if it's not what I wanted the session to be. I really think it helps build psychological resilience and half the time I end up getting a decent workout in anyway once I start.
 
Just finished up with some Arms and side delts.

3x flat bar tricep push down
2x single arm preacher curl machine
1x preacher curl machine
2x machine skull crushers
2x cable curl
3x triceps extension ( rope)
2x dumbell curls
4x side lateral machine raise
2x dumbell side lateral raise

My kids and girl on way home from a mini vacation, ain’t seen them since Sunday morning, I’m pumped, figuratively and literally lol arms got a crazy pump, have had crashed estrogen for a few weeks, dbol to the rescue last 3 days finally feeling back to normal, still waiting for this damn eq to clear.

Rest Day.... low carb. It was supposed to be leg day but I listened to my body and didn't train. Rest and recovery are equally important if not more important than training.

Absolutely brother! I actually make it a point to take a mid week day off. It works out to 3 on, one off, two on, one off. Nothing wrong with getting in a couple mandatory rest days
