Good on ya man! I'm a big fan of getting some sets in when I'm feeling off, even if it's not what I wanted the session to be. I really think it helps build psychological resilience and half the time I end up getting a decent workout in anyway once I start.Shorter lift today felt a bit off, had a rough day, which led to training way later than I usually do on Sundays but glad I got it done.
Back and some side delts
3x normal grip lat pull down
4x nautilus plate loaded low to high row
4x machine side lateral raises
2x reverse pec deck
In and out, gym was closing.
Back to the work grind tomorrow, be a long day flying solo running the parts department alone, 7am to 6pm, so tomorrow is a planned rest day.
