What are you training today? 2.0

Great workout this morning. Took longer than my usual, but I made a point to have intensity high as I could get it. Can’t wait for the NPP to fully saturate. (Think that was a pull day and not a push but you get the idea lol)

Legs

Seated calf raises 4 x 15
Standing Panatta abductor 4 x 12
Rogers leg press 4 x 8-10
Hammer strength v squat 3 x 8
Seated leg curls 4 x 10
Plate loaded leg ext 4 x 10
Lying leg curl 2 x 15
 
Pull day, modified, lower back still not happy with me.

3x chest support row, wide grip upper back focused.
2x lat pull down, medium width grip.
2x nautilus pull over
1x hammer strength low to high row
2x alternating dumbbell curl
2x preacher curl
20 mins elliptical, 150 calories.
 
Was Suppose to be legs but giving the lower back another day or two, so had a fun weak point day.

x2 close grip smith bench

Pull - Low back was a bit tweaky so made sure to brace on all pull work.

Legs, modified, backs feeling a lot better but didn’t wanna risk going all out.

3x Seated hamstring curls
2x standing unilateral hamstring curl
3x leg extensions
3x hacksquats ( light weight, higher rep, stayed away from grinding for reps here, 2-3 rir)
2x adduction
2x abduction
2x calf press
20 mins elliptical, 236 calories.
 
Push day

3x tricep push down
2x shoulder press
3x cable cross body lateral raise
2x converging plate loaded chest press
4x cable flies
3x body weight dips

Last push day of 10 week meso, only got two lifts left,( Monday and Tuesday) then taking few days off before blood work Friday morning.

Cardio

5x2 minute rounds heavy bag (hands only)
15 minute incline treadmill
 
End up not hitting the lift, woke up with a very stiff neck and still planned to hit pull day, got to the gym annd kept getting upper left trap pain/and neck pain during my warm ups and then warm up sets. Didn’t wanna risk turning a stiff neck into an actual injury. So cardio it was.


Incline treadmill 20 mins
20mins elliptical

I’ll add biceps to leg day tomorrow morning, back will be hit Friday after blood work.

Hate missing a lift, but Sometimes it be like that.
