Happy Monday!

New low this am 144.4 yayyy.

Cutting stack:
Reta 7mg per week
Mots c 1mg daily
Mirabegron 100mg split 2x daily
L carnitine 500mg am
Slu pp 300mg split 3x daily
Clenbuterol 40mcg am

So far it’s only 1:30pm and I have 11,000+ steps and I’m about to take my pup on a walk.

Today’s workout was pretty tough for me as the assault bike really kicks my ass lol.

Deadlifts:
2 sets each
6@ 125
5@ 145
4@ 175
3@ 205

WOD:
4 sets
3 min on 1 min rest
16v ups
18 deadlifts 145lbs
Max calories assault bike in remaining time

My total calories for the bike: 50

This workout kind of kicked my ass and the deadlifts even at 205 felt hard for me in this deficit. My max is only 250lbs so I am working on that! I do have a CrossFit competition this coming Saturday so I may need to do a carb up before 🤔 I am starting to see some lines come back and I’m glad I’m not looking fat for summer (last summer I planned my bulk mid summer, DUMB IDEA).

Hey yall!

Another low today 143.6! Hell yeah!

Today’s workout was a murph prep. For anyone who doesn’t know, murph is a popular CrossFit workout done on Memorial Day. Murph is a workout that honors the fallen U.S. navy seal Lt. Michael Murphy who died in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28th, 2005.

The full murph workout is:
For time
1 mile run
100 pull ups
200 push ups
300 air squats
1 mile run
-partition the pull ups, push ups and air squats as needed
- if you’ve got a 14/20lb weighted vest, wear it

Today’s prep was:
25:00 AMRAP
1 mile run
Max rounds:
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 air squats

Finished the mile in 8min flat and I was able to do 10 rounds +5 reps. I actually felt super strong during this workout compared to yesterday 🤔 weird. Though I was sweating my ASS off. 😮‍💨

I’ve got 15,300 steps today. Tomorrow is my moms birthday so I’m out of town visiting her and spoiling her so no gym tomorrow but her request is to go on a hike!

My partner and I did 11 rounds plus 100meters! Great workout. Felt strong during this one except my delts were trying to cramp up 😬. I’m feeling solid and the cut feels like it’s going well!

So today I did :

Coach recommended I keep my squat clean light @75lbs and for the WOD 9:1 with a 10lb wall ball to stay fresh for tomorrow! Hoping the competition goes well!

Starting to see some new vascularity which is really cool to me! The loose skin pmo 😠

Keeping up your displayed level of energy and enthusiasm while cutting can be tough, yet you show no signs of slowing down which is great. Your body seems to love that stack - if anyone wants to know what "dialed in" looks like, then look no further. I don't know of too many people in this space that are knocking out Murph Workouts several weeks into a ever increasing deficit. I wish I had a fraction of your endurance. Inspiring, truly.

Side note - I just realized three years ago I registered as "45bardball" instead of "45hardball" - so no, I guess I am not the ammo for your 1911. Hopefully I can get a mod to fix my fat fingering!! Why didn't you me?

Comp day! Didn’t weigh today because I ate some carbs last night hehehe.

Okay so there were 5 workouts and we could put players wherever we wanted.

WOD 1 – “LONG WAY BACK”
Format: 4 Players
Style: Run Alone – Share Reps, 1 Player at a Time
Score: For Time
• Player 1 – 400m Run
• 120 Alt DB Snatches (all players share reps)
• Player 2 – 400m Run
• 120 Alt Rev DB Goblet Lunges (all players share reps)
• Player 3 – 400m Run
• 20 Rope Climbs (all players share reps)
• Player 4 – 400m Run (Sprint Finish)
All Teammates: Overhead Plate Hold until runner returns
Weights: DB 53/35 lb | Plate 45/35 lb

I was the third player to run and I did a lot of the rope climbs for our team as that is one of my strengths.

Format: 2 Players (Male/Female) – Take Turns
Style: Increasing Weights Across All 3 Lifts
Lifts: Snatch – Clean – Deadlift
• 1 attempt at each weight
• If you fail, move to the next lift
• Points per successful lift
• Finish strong with max reps on final lift
Divisions: RX | Scaled
Score: Points

I did not participate in this WOD because my snatch is not great lol. 😉 😉

WOD 3 – “GYMNASTY VOYAGE”
Format: 7 Players – 1 Player Works at a Time
Style: AMRAP 15
Minute 1:
• 14 Wall Balls (20/14 lb)
• Max Box Jumps (24/20)
Minute 2:
• 12 Toes-to-Bar
• Max Kettlebell Swings (53/35 lb)
Minute 3:
• 10 Burpees
• Max Pull-Ups
Divisions: 3 RX | 3 Scaled | 1 Masters
Score: Max Reps as a Team

I did the 4th stage complex weight for this one! Super fun but got hard fast!

The competition was super fun! At the end of the day a few of the coaches ended up tossing score cards and wanted it to be about local gyms getting together and having fun so we did too. Can’t wait to go to the next one, I had a blast! Sore from driving though 😩. Oh and I ate like shit after hahaha. Fun day was had for all!
