No solid macros atm, just shooting for under 1000 calories per meal and 150-180g protein per day.Love the food pics.

I eat dinner around 6-7 every day, and eat meal 1 around an hour before lifting. It just works out to be a minimum of 12 hours and sometimes up to 16 hours of a window.Are you doing these large fasting windows for appetite reasons?
