What are your current daily macros?
No solid macros atm, just shooting for under 1000 calories per meal and 150-180g protein per day.

Around the 1 year mark (second week of Jan) I’m going to start an actual cutting/diet phase for 12-16 weeks. Maybe I’ll hire a coach, seems to be the norm around here.
 
Will be eating 6-8oz rotisserie chicken or strip steak in a couple hours.

Also had a tiny piece of chocolate from one of those cheap Advent calendars. Caught up to day 6, but gave the first five to the little ones. Will be having that once the per day until 25th

~14hr fasted cardio this morning.

more blood tests today, e2 again and prolactin.

Then had a brain MRI (endo wants imaging of my pituitary) and I’m a large person and an even larger bitch so I needed Xanax to tolerate the cramped space—therefore no lifting today.

Not pictured: Whole Foods sushi, 1 “core power” fairlife protein drink.

Going to add L-Carnitine and Glutathione to the supplements. Also another 2g vitamin c (1g with all 3 meals instead of just 1), and 5mg of melatonin.

Lowering tirzepatide to 7.5mg/week down from 10mg.

Are you doing these large fasting windows for appetite reasons?
I eat dinner around 6-7 every day, and eat meal 1 around an hour before lifting. It just works out to be a minimum of 12 hours and sometimes up to 16 hours of a window.

On days I have a casein shake before bed (very rare lately, I need to go down on tirz) the window is cut by about 3 hours.

Apparently aromasin crashes me just as hard as adex. ~20mg took me from 144 e2 to 12 in a couple days

Delts are becoming quite the issue. As soon as I look in the gym’s direction they get that pumped up feeling/burn as if I’m on rep 20 of some lateral raises. I’ve been using 3g taurine since that’s supposed to help with “the burn” or whatever, but it’s not working. It’s starting to get in the way, and is almost painful.
