Gonna have to hit full body tomorrow.

Thinking of switching to aromasin for AI. Still as needed but hoping it won’t crash me as hard as adex does. 0.125mg of adex is hit or miss and every time I’ve taken a second dose it has crashed me. Not to mention it’s incredibly difficult to cut these tiny tablets into 8ths.

My hope is that asin won’t crash me as hard and will be easier on me to take as a reaction to e2 rising.

breaded chicken tenders for dinner. ~500 calories, ~30g protein

Didnt make it to the gym today. Calling an audible for the remainder of the week to still hit it hard by doing a 4 day bro split and going back into the ULrPPLr next week.

movement 1 was a 10 minute circuit with a partner. Ended up doing a lot more than 4 sets, each taken almost to failure.

Movement 2 was normal sets but a 2 count hold in the stretch

Movement 3 was mini sets after each set.

Movement 4 was a drop set then right back up the stack. No breaks.

Head cold, didnt wanna spend a bunch of time in the gym today. Legs tomorrow.

That's a seriously comprehensive log, dude. Respect for the dedication to tracking everything so meticulously. Your lifting history sounds intense, and it's cool you're getting back into it. The fact that you're not gassing out despite the weight loss is a good sign. Keep grinding! 💪
 
Cut the junk and carbs,more protein and more cardio.cut the suboxone,try the sublacade shot.its 1 time a month for 3 months tops and then your free.
And maybe keep the post to a 2 r 3 paragraph post..lol..

estrogen is 144 pg/mL but i feel completely fine. still have mega high libido, no ED, no lethargy, no mood swings, no sensitive nipples, just slightly emotional at the movies yesterday.

ferritin was low too. 18 ng/mL and ref range is 38-380

still waiting on testosterone report. have metabolic panel results too. will post when i post test levels. but basically my lipids are not great for the first time in my life and my fasting glucose was like 70

do i take an asin or adex even though i feel 100% completely fine?

MTuThFrSat: 20mg propionate

Total test mg: 220mg

MWF: 500iu HCG
ED: 5mg tadalafil
EOD: 20mg lisinopril

Might switch to telmisartan.

Also looking to add 4iu HGH soon. Gonna grab an igf1 blood level to see if it’s even necessary at my age and to get my Z score or whatever

Went to the hospital back in June for severe abdominal pain. Ended up staying for a couple days. Had something called idiopathic gastroparesis (temporary “paralysis” of the stomach muscles, basically the intestines weren’t moving food through at all)

Well I had that same pain Monday night, and most of today. So I haven’t eaten anything at all. I’m gonna try and eat in a couple hours, so the photos are of what I will eat when I try.

A few lemonheads to test the waters, make sure my stomach will tolerate it. Level 2 is mandarins. Then finally if it all goes well, I’ll eat what was supposed to be dinner (will also include 120g plain white rice)

As of this posting, I have had no food since dinner on Monday.

Was able to get thru this episode with an NG tube. For that, I’m grateful. Going to talk with my doctor about going down to 7.5 mg tirz from 10mg

You're over eating on the glp1 or eating things that digest way to slow.
Adjust food choices or eat less.
 
I post everything (that is food) that goes into my mouth here. Either in writing or in a photo.
