Had 13 or 15 skittles. 2 of each flavor, then a combo of 3 different flavors. My girls recently watched the “Wicked” movie and this was a wicked-branded limited flavor, or maybe just wicked-branded, couldn’t tell. They ate the rest.

Legs tomorrow. Also added DHEA, and an additional 300/300 epa/dha fish oil cap to the daily vitamins.

Also added 1 serving polyethylene glycol daily a couple weeks ago. Drinking another half gallon of water and an additional half serving of electrolyte powder to compensate.

Went on like a mile and a half walk with the kiddos and got some pho for lunch.

End of the regen micro cycle. Fully back at it next week.

Gonna be trying test p out. 120mg test e (60mg SuW) ~80mg test p administered every lifting day in the morning (15mg MTuThFSa). My endo has now prescribed test e at 150mg/week but wants my levels around 500 at the mid point and once weekly shots. So with the test p I’m hoping to be able to hover around 1000 and then drop the prop shots a week or so before labs and have my levels drop so I can get the coveted 6 month supply of test e.

Forgot one. ~75 minutes cardio. First ten minutes included a 6 minute jog at a relatively moderate pace. Enough to get my hr up to the 170s. Avg heart rate for the hour long elliptical sesh was probably 120-130

Didn’t eat any of the rice with dinner, only one of the cheese thingies, and ate about half the beans. Tapped out. I tried to get 220-230g protein today instead of my normal 150-180, but it just isn’t gonna happen while I’m taking 10mg tirzepatide every week.

Pull today. Rest tomorrow. Weird week coming up. Might do 4 days instead of 5. Have to chaperone two TEN HOUR field trips in the coming ten days, first one is end of this week, second is beginning of the next.

Trying a new cue on rear delt cables, keeping arm bent and hand close to the chest. Was a nice way to keep the triceps and traps out of it. Absolutely killer, but couldn’t do nearly as much weight. 10/10 would recommend.

27 push-ups, no tension loss, no breaks, all the way down, all the way up.

30 real, on the ground sit-ups

105 body weight squats, below parallel, no hand help no break longer than 2 seconds.

Up from 10 push-ups, 12 sit-ups, and 25 squats in the beginning of the year.

My ultimate goal is basically your look from 10/9/25 where you were at 228.2lbs

Not saying it’s possible for me to get there, but that’s the general target.
