10 minute snark to and from the gym, total “cardio” 30min for the day.

Less than 3k calories, more than 100g protein.

Mr. Mangoes that would mean anything at all to me if my response to the “criticisms” was anything else but a sarcastic reference to an attempted insult.

Someone says “you’ve only lost weight due to this medication I am also taking and no other reason” and my response is “I did 30 minutes of fasted [that medication]”

Your thoughts are “wow this dude is snarky and immature…I need to let him know that and also that I won’t be reading his words on the internet anymore”

But honestly…it tracks.

I still think you’re awesome tho. And I’d still love to be anywhere near your position at that age. Good luck on your journey as well.

More fasted tirz tomorrow. Will see if it’s as insane some people seem to think/have experienced. I don’t recall ever losing fat from morning runs, but i guess I wasn’t doing it for that during that time of my life. Neither was the fasting intentional, just limited on time and didnt want to run on a full stomach.

We shall see.

Under 3k calories. Light sour cream. Would normally use unflavored Greek yogurt but I’m out. Gotta get to the grocery store sometime this week when the little ones are at school.

felt tired today. trouble sleeping, unusual experience. Like unable to sleep but not restless feeling or distracted. Just unable to actually drift off. Then when I actually did drift off, I’d wake up—gently—a few minutes later. Super weird.

20hr fast. Gut break. Did a little cardio before breaking the fast. 130-140hr.

Rest day.

Morning had PT and test E shot. Down to ~180-200 mg/week in eod shots.

Also going to add hCG at 250iu eod in hopes of getting my estrogen back to normal, and may have to adjust the Test dosing again to stay in that 900-1100 range.

Under 2k calories. Also no casein shake tonight.

Ab machine replace captains chair, don’t have one at this particular gym. Weird one I’ve only used a few times in my life. You put your arms straight out and bend forward. I liked it.

Switched the cues on cable and machine row. Flipped them to fit the motion of the machine better. It is currently one of two options for a chest supporter row so I wanted it in, but the stack is mega close to the handles so I can’t flare elbows at all. So it’s now a lat focused row and cable is the upper/midback row with any decently spaced pronated grip.

The hunger continues. I’ve been on 10mg tirz for like 6 months, so maybe it’s just not working anymore. Idk. I feel like I’m more hungry than I was even before the medication, but I wasn’t really ever tracking hunger feelings. Anyway…ate a 4th meal/bigger snack. Still under 3k calories.

Adding HcG 200iu eod. First shot today with .15ml of 300mg/ml test e. Hopefully my estrogen will recover and I can stay within the 900-1100 total T range with this. I’m sure it won’t go as planned and more adjustments will follow.

Had a weird craving for sweets today, hence the yogurt with chocolate chips. Then I saw a video of kids reuniting with their friends and it made me tear up. All this combined with some pretty significant water retention led me to taking another .25mg arimidex.

Cardio HR today: 100-105 (was NOT feeling it)

first night lift I’ve had in over 5 years. Used to lift exclusively in the evenings and it was nice to do it again. Completely different vibe than pre-10am morning gym imo
