In the 2nd approach, the goal is to attain a quite extensive rate of fat loss, at the known cost of inducing thyroid suppression. The dosage is about 50 mcg/day, but in some cases can be as high as 75-100 mcg/day. Such use is preferably not ongoing, but only for a limited period of time such as 8-12 weeks, though there’s no exact requirement for timeframe.
From what I have seen, you can achieve a great deal of fat loss with T3, and as long as the doses aren’t abused you can have little to no side effects. Carefully measure and monitor yourself, like any new substance and you may just find your new favorite substance to add whilst cutting!

Most Bodybuilders/weightlifters will start between 25mcg-50mcg per day.
Please remember Every person will respond slightly different to any one T3 dose! so a T3 dose of say 50mcg for one person might elicit steady fat loss, but that same dose might not elicit the same results for someone else. So please learn what works For You and your body.
T3 has a biological half life between 2-3 days. So you only need to dose once each day.
Most male bodybuilders/athletes tends to stay between 50-100mcg ed. Even though you will see some going upward of 125-150mcg. Which I do not recommend.

T3 does not discriminate between the different sources being utilized for energy such as protein, carbs and/or fats Therefore, it is important to understand if T3 is utilized without anabolic steroids beyond a certain dose,
(let say 50mcg) muscle loss can and will occur.
I would recommend taking at least a low to moderate dose of testosterone to keep muscle loss from occurring. Other anabolics can be used such as Var and/or winni Work great along side t3 and test. Very synergistic.
Clen is another option to be discussed at a later date.
I dont know if most people are aware but
Tren will cause outdoor suppression. So often times t3 will be added to there cycle to help with the tren fatigue.
