Drugs are coming down. Will be starting my cruise in Jan so I’m just pulling stuff as it runs out.

T400 - 1400mg x week
Primo - 700mg x week
Mast e - 700mg x week

Will also be experimenting with some peptides igf lr3 and des, follistatin, ace-031, peg mfg, yk11, and mediphorm the first 4 weeks then it’ll be only test and gh the last 4 weeks.
This log may be my favorite bc we’re a lot alike in the experimenting with new cool peptides that anecdotally show some success. Are you using inj Yk? What dose are you thinking?

Also why both LR3 and des? How will you prioritize them?

So for yk11 I’ll be trying 10mg sublingual 2xday and spitting out the rest and 10mg inj pre workout. I’ll be in my health phase I want to minimize liver stress even though they’re pretty much in range now if you look back at my labs.

Vigorous Steve claims he got amazing results on 10mg sublingual only 3xday but I know studies claim inj is the only way to use so I figured I’d throw atleast 10mg of inj in there pre workout.

As for the lr3 and des there’s a thread on here claiming he put significant size on his arms by combining them pre workout but I think I’ll do the des pre in muscles trained and lr3 post or pre bed subq then peg mgf on non training days every 3rd day. I train 2 on 1 off.

Igf des - 100mcg split pre workout
Igf lr3 - 50mcg subq pre bed
Peg mfg - 200mcg on NT days
Follistatin 334 - 100mcg x 20 days
Ace-031 - 200mcg x 25 days

Thanks for the detailed response. I’ve taken alot from your log and implemented some. Really curious to see how you like the YK and IGF.

What’s your training been like recently?
I’m concentrating on bringing up my posterior chain and I’m a fireman so I train 2 on 1 off.

Still trying to hold it together after the holidays. 276 lbs after some donuts and 2 meals. I’ll be starting me health phase next week. Blood work was good 2 weeks ago so I’m not concerned with my health just know I need to take 8-10 weeks off prior to starting my prep for masters nationals in July.

COR, banana, sourdough, jelly and rice. I ate 2 meals prior to training then 2 Rice Krispie treats in the way to the gym and 50g of carbs intra.

Then 50 of lr3 post and you walk around pumped and full all day. This will be the first time I’ve ran igf peptides for an extended period of time to really give them a chance. Luckily I got some pretty cheap so I have 4 bottles of des and 2 bottles of lr3 so I plan to use them for a month and see if any real changes happen.
