Lab work after 12 days completely off everything. Already donated, I believe the potassium is from my electrolyte drink that I drink every morning and I just kept everything as is other than not eating prior to. The ALT should come down now that the tren, win and orals are out.

I cant see your Alt levels but mine were 101 on 8/20 when i came off tren. by 9/30 they were at 36.

Mind me asking how the methylene blue has improved things for you? Cool to see you running SS31 to fix up that mitochondria! That's one I hear a bunch of positives on.
 
Do you break calves off into another lift day?
I don’t sleep great and I get up at 445-5 for work and my wife does as well so I just get up at that time everyday to keep my routine. I work at the FD so I work 24 on 48 off so I train 2 on 1 off so the second day off I actually go to the gym and do abs, calves cardio (stairs), sauna.

It’s my first time experimenting with ss31. I love motc it’s amazing so I figured I’d give ss31 a try then I’ll do huminin for 4-6 weeks during my cruise. I started at 1mg a day, now I’m up to 2mg a day really not noticing a whole lot so I’m going to keep bumping it up. I try to give it atleast 7-10 days at a dose before adjusting.

No I train that day I meant my days off from work bc I work 24hrs. My off day from the gym is my work days every 3rd day which is also my low carb day.

For instance yesterday I worked and got off today at 730 this morning. I trained legs today then tomorrow I’ll get up at 5 and go to the gym for abs, calves, cardio, sauna then I come home and eat then go back to the gym for my actual training session.

I missed your MB question. I love it! I think it’s largely dose dependent. When I was on motc I only used 5mg in the morning pre cardio and it made me feel awake, not energized but very alert if that makes sense. When I dropped the motc I’ve been experimenting with high doses. 20mg has a nootropic like effect and if I take a decent dose pre workout I feel like I’m able to push my sets a bit farther especially the higher rep sets and dropsets before getting gassed. Idk if it’s a coincidence but I feel more vascular as well.

I used the liquid drops from Meraki just be aware it will stain everything it touches so I recommend mixing it in something and drinking it through a straw so it doesn’t get on your teeth bc it’ll stains them for a couple hrs even after brushing multiple times or you can hold it under your tongue then chase it down with something just make sure just just swallow it you don’t swish it around. The blue piss is real as well.

Sent check ins to coach today after a regular training day diet (p330, c340, f70) was 255lbs. Started at 239lbs on Nov 18th.

He increased my food and pulled one of my 20 min cardio sessions.
