How do you feel on 17iu?
Hands and arms fall asleep all the time at night and my feet hurt so bad I have to take my shoes off when I drive more than an hr but I’ll be switching next week to 3iu sero fasted, 4iu geno post workout, 5iu generics pre bed generics will be pulled 4 weeks out.

Machine shoulder press - 1x8-10, 1x12-15

Incline HS - 1x10-12

Assisted dips - 1xfailure into hands elevated push up to failure then go the next step up and go to failure again. Slow negatives sitting in a deep stretch for a 2 count

Machine side lateral - 3x15-20

One giant set for tris all single arm. Do both arms then move right into the next without rest.
