I’ve got a long prep and possibly doing NAs also so I’ll be on for 25 weeks total if we do so we’re keep things lower to start and taper up as we go.

Derek has coached me since he moved to FL in 2016. He lives around the corner from me so it’s nice to be able to train and see my coach in person plus he’s one of the best coaches I’ve ever used and he’s always on top of his game with quick responses.
