Are you still titrating up on the SLU or happy at 1.5mg? I just went to 1mg and notice a small boost over 500mcg but wondering where the point of diminishing return is.

I’m doing 1mg of inj and 500mcg oral currently but I’ll probably bump the oral to 750mcg as soon as I get my order in.

Yoked AF bro. How was the lift?
Felt tight today with some pec and shoulder pain so I kept it higher volume and used a dip machine instead of a regular dip to protect the shoulder. Had a nasty pump, chest is sore and tris keep cramping up so I’d say it was effective enough. I don’t stress training anymore. I just go in and do what I feel like doing. As long as I train hard with good form and intent and take sets to failure I’m good.
 
Posterior chain day
Seated leg curl - 1 top set 20 reps
Glute kick back - 2x20
Hyper extensions ss w/ reverse hypers - 2xfailure
Abductor - 1 top set with double dropset
Assisted pull up (neutral grip) - 130lb assistance 3xfailure slow negative, 2 count in the stretch, explode up all the way to the top
DB chest supported upper back row - 2 sets
Cable pull over ss w/ hammer strength shrugs - 2 sets
Wide grip pulldown (pulling high for upper back and rear delts ss w/rear cable flies - 3 sets
Straight bar cable curl - 3xfailure

No I take leviathan nutrition thyroid and 130mg of raw desiccated thyroid fasted in the morning before cardio.

I try to stay away from thyroid supps unless it’s a low dose on prep and for that I like a combo t3/t4 25/50 and just keep it there all the way through prep bc that maintains my levels around normal even in a severe deficit without risking muscle loss. I use other fat burners for actual fat loss I never leverage thyroid meds for that.

 
Leg day quad focused

Seated leg curl - 1xfailure (heavy), drop the weight 1xfailure (leaning forward to have a constant painful stretch)

Abductor - 1 top 1 back off set

Leg ext - 2 sets to failure

hammer strength Leg press - 1 top set

Cybex - 1 set to failure slow negative deep stretch, 1 set feet low leave the safety in place and go to failure slow and controlled constant reps no lock out

Hyperextensions - 1 set toes out, 1 set feet straight (slow negative grab the machine at the bottom and do a forced stretch on every rep)

Good thing STATA is legit! Not that there was ever a doubt from me but was highly disappointed in the gh from IL that everyone bragged about and told me was so amazing. I feel like I missed out on a fair amount of progress during my rebound. Plus I think I would of stayed leaner on some decent gh.

Incase anyone’s on the fence about ordering from Stada! Here’s some lab work on the test 400 blend. Total almost 5k free almost 1900

This is why I don’t eat cheat meals. Left 276lbs I had 2 free meals and 1 high day in 3 days plus added back in some real gh. I expected 5-7lbs of fluid from switching gh but not 16lbs. 3 days later post low day 258lbs on the right.
