Hi everyone, Just after some advice. I've done loads of research for the past 6 months and I'm getting very mixed answers depending where I look. I understand that everyone's body reacts differently and the only true way is to try yourself and log information and adjust accordingly. However I'm just after one last dose of information or experience before I bite the bullet.
My history
First started training naturally at 67kg 170cm
Trained years and reached 74kg skip a few years with on/off training then starting training hard again for about 8 months at 70kg and reached 75kg then...
My first cycle was 10 weeks on Test E, 500mg a week, I train extremely hard (Probably over training to be honest) I was training a bro split, 5-4 sets of 6 - 7 exercises per body part. Here I went to 84kg in 10 weeks. (Doctor was happy with my bloods) Test was 63, Free test was 2500
Cruised for 6 months (Probably should of PCT I know)
Second cycle Test E for 12 weeks 1000mg with 50mg anavar same training as previously I went 84kg to 89kg. No side effects just some back acne (which I kinda have from working in the mines and always sweating anyway) but was noticeably worse
I then went overseas unexpectedly for work and couldn't PCT
. However I felt fine the whole time, No depression, Wasn't Lethargic, Erections and Libido was always high I really didn't notice any change which I thought was odd?? So haven't been on anything for 8 weeks now
Anyway that brings me to now, My third cycle and want I want some advice on. I want to add some serious mass and was thinking Test 400 - 500, Decca 300-400 mast 600?? With Aromosin on hand.
Would NPP be better to do then decca due to its shorter Esther trying a 19nor out for the first time? Or do you think just run low decca and adjust up?
Any and all criticism/advice welcome
