Test, deca, mast is one of my favorite cycles and which I am currently engaged.
Weekly test is 600, deca 200, mast 400. I always keep test higher than the deca and the mast.
- Deca helps fill me out a bit, nice strength increases and joint relief. I don't need much deca to get its benefits, so why take more than necessary? Also, deca, at least for me, instigates estrogen more than almost any other compound, so AI's a must and also another reason I don't really go much higher than 200-300.
- Love mast because of its muscle rounding effects and assists with keeping estrogen in check ; mast also provides libido benefits. Mast shines the most when cutting down, hardening, but can still bring some of those benefits to the table if you are disciplined in the kitchen.......not full blown cutting, but just generally eating healthy and not over-eating.
- And test is.......test. Shouldn't have to really go into its benefits in a place like this. I run the equivalent of a trt protocol when I'm not on a cycle, so when this cycle is over I bring test back down to around 225 week.
As to the debate of whether to blast then cruise or blast and go off completely, I blast and cruise. Not because I am saying it is the better, long term healthier option, but just because that is my choice and my blood work and health markers are all fine, so that's the path until something changes.
