Road to freak or bust

Morning everyone I feel asleep outta nowhere yesterday got up blasted fasted cardio work kid and family stuff and than to a great push day. Weight is slowly creeping back up was 233 on the dot this morning . Appetite is still great as well as recovery woke up to a message from coach this morning to have another cheat meal and I’ll move saturdays check in to tomorrow’s since Saturday is such a fuched day I’ll get some pics up. Today’s an active rest day 35 min fasted cardio and a lotta extra steps incoming today. Also with the near increasing and work I’ll really need to stay on top of hydration and possibly throw in some packets felt it yesterday.

Do you have the 200mg NPP? I have that and it fell out of of solution. Apparently that happens with almost any NPP over 100mg. But reheat and it's fine. Yeah I'm running Azteca EQ, NPP, and Sust as well.

Im just 5 weeks in on sust/eq..my npp200 crash3d months ago.i need to get it in the diaper wipe warmer,i used to keep most my oils in there before i moved.
 
What’s up guys late night last night basing family experience so switched today’s upper day to tomorrow and going to make today an active rest day with 35 mins cardio. I got an ungodly amount of steps in yesterday . Spoke to coach going to cut the gear in half this week leaving GH the same and than move into a health phase to clean up, I’ll be pulling bloods and switching to TRT most kikeky

Not much to report this morning got about 7 hours of sleep. Weight has been hovering around 236 this week. Living situation temporarily is fucked. We are staying at the in laws so routine is messed up but we are making it happen. Nothing detrimental just working on the purchase of two properties so I couldn’t keep spending money to live somewhere. Sometimes workouts will

It’s still all gas and no brakes over here and to top it off me and the wife decided we want another baby. Last bloodwork everything looked good to go for that I’ll see what this round of full bloods looks like and see where life takes me from there haha
 
Never pressed the post button last night so here’s yesterday’s update below as well. Today woke up at 237 on the dot and looked very conditioned in the mirror. Fasted cardio in the morning. Had a huge piece of debris fall on me at work so back and shoulder was super sore had a great pull day today didn’t track weights just threw on what felt

Woke up feeling pretty sore from my shoulders down to my hamstrings guess the debris fucked Me up a little better than I thought lol and I probably should have moved pull day back but can’t cry over spilt milk. Took some anti inflammatory stuff and ill
Do cardio when I get home. Bright side I touched 240 on the scale today with abs so that’s officially 50lbs up holding great conditioning. Gunna take it easy all day today even at work than come home cook and do cardio and relax some more haha
 
Top of the morning everyone woke up 4lbs down after yesterday’s rest/low day at 236. Shoulders and upper back grit fetter lower back still felt ehh so did legs today minus the squats and added some more sets to leg press and hacks and lower weight for stiff leg dead’s. Didn’t track weights just made sure I went in there and felt a good muscle connection and pump.

Got some well needed rest last night busy shit out on me out one kf the kids to bed and don’t remember anything until 9am this morning lol. Body feels good but can tell indeed a rest so got up did check ins blasted out cardio and did a modified upper day kinda like legs the other day more sets little mess weight slower tempo shorter rest periods and maximize the muscle connection. We will be starting the health phase this upcoming week so I’ll lay that all one once me and coach finalize everything. Average weight this week was 237.4 gunna take the day to just unwind and unplug I’ll add check in pics and issue tomorrow happy weekend everyone
 
Spoke to coach yesterday he says chill relax recharge I didn’t eat like an asshole but holding a little water from it. Today officially starts the health phase for 6-8 weeks tentatively all depends on
Bloods.

Diet will stay the same as well as training unless we start to see composition slip and we can lower food and adjust.
