Over rated In my opinion. It does work, tirzepatide is the best of the 3 imo.
Isn’t Reta an actual fat burner? As opposed to just diabetes medication? Not 100 on that, but what I recall, never used glp1sOver rated In my opinion. It does work, tirzepatide is the best of the 3 imo.
No, it's not a fat burner per say. It's a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activates both hormone receptors.Isn’t Reta an actual fat burner? As opposed to just diabetes medication? Not 100 on that, but what I recall, never used glp1s

That’s pretty much how it goes actuallyNo, it's not a fat burner per say. It's a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activates both hormone receptors.
For people who truly need, it's awesome but the number of people using it who just want to cut out a little food noise while already being at a low/healthy body fat is a bit alarming. Seeing it more and more.
Currently on it.What is everyone’s thoughts and reviews on Retatrutide? Have watched several videos and some research, but looking for personal experience.
Definitely not — Reta doses much closer to Tirz than it is Sema. Starting dose is 2.5mg with a “max” of 15mg.I thought the main selling point for reta was smaller dose. I’ve seen multiple sources cite .5mg starting dose, and others up to 2.5 and higher.
I got a ton of benefit from semiglutide at .5 mg the whole time I was on it, never needed to raise dose.
Semaglutide i never crossed 2mg per week. Max dose is 2.5mgI thought the main selling point for reta was smaller dose. I’ve seen multiple sources cite .5mg starting dose, and others up to 2.5 and higher.

You lost bodyfat and gained muscle going from 14% to 9% bf? By what metric?Currently on it.
Started December 9th, 13.6% bf, January 9th currently sitting at 9.3% bf
Did not change diet. I eat clean minus the weekend. I work out 5 days a week and 20 mins of walking cardio which was Introduced mid December
Results are great, started at 2.5mg a week. 2nd week went to 4mg, 3rd week went to 5mg, 4th week 5mg, this week will be 7.5mg
Weight down, bf down and skeletal muscle.mass up. Inbody test done 2-3 times per week.
All in all, I lost more on tirzepatide but felt like doo doo
Retatrutide is alot cleaner
In body machine. I use it 2 or 3 times per week. If I feel I get a off number I rerun it or step on another inbody machine. I have 4 I choose from. So the numbers are very consistantYou lost bodyfat and gained muscle going from 14% to 9% bf? By what metric?

This right here guys. I have first hand experience as well. 5mg reta a week, and take 1 to 1.5mg of sema a few days after. No comparison.Reta/Sema stacked best of any of the combos and I’m done then all. Not even close, by a landslide.
40 mg or 4 mg ?Honestly, I’ve been surprised by how effective Retatrutide 40mg has been. I did a lot of research before trying it — watched several videos, read through forums, and checked out different sites — and this one had some of the most helpful info. Definitely worth looking into if you’re curious, but as always, make sure to talk to a healthcare professional first!
Yeah, Reta has its merits for sure. I like the triple agonist. But I have heard plenty say that it isn't as good at mitigating the appetite as Tirz. Some advocate for using Reta with Cagri to get really good appetite suppression. But neither are FDA approved. This has been my experience as well. Tirzepitide had much more profound appetite suppression than Reta did for me.
Do not take 40mg of Reta. He had to mean 4mg because 40mg would be around 4 vials at once. Dont do that.40 mg or 4 mg ?
Yeah, that’s why I was asking, must of meant 4.Do not take 40mg of Reta. He had to mean 4mg because 40mg would be around 4 vials at once. Dont do that.
I did a reset and cleared my system of Reta , took 6 weeks off. Decided to try a little experiment on myself and did .25 mg Ozempic and 2 mg Reta, iv been stalled at 157-158 is the reason for the reset and adding the Ozempic. After three weeks really didn’t notice much of anything, appetite was the same , so week four I upped the Ozempic to .50 and Reta still at 2 mg. Very surprised this morning when I weighed in at 152, something is working and I’m still eating and not shut down like I was doing Ozempic at 1 mg. At some point I’m going to give just Carg a try and see how just that does for me.Yeah, Reta has its merits for sure. I like the triple agonist. It’s really something how people react so differently from one GLP to another.Reta killed my appetite better then anything ever has. Even the dose of .25mgs and I wouldnt want to eat all day everyday for more then a week.
Sema and tirz are excellent too but for me reta worked the best. Also I get nasty heartburn and some bloat w reta. I didn't get that w sema or tirz
Sema is the only one of the 3 that gave me mild nausea after each shot. Even at .25 mgs.
Same. I get it on Triz and it leads to bad stomach cramps. Big handful of Tums helps subside the cramps and the burns.I get nasty heartburn

One thing I will say about Reta, for me anyhow, I didn’t think I was getting much in the way of suppression until I stopped using it. Took about a week or five days and I absolutely noticed increases in my hunger and thinking about food, so it was a subtle thing for me and it was doing more then I realized.I’ve used Tirz off and on for a good while. It definitely makes a difference but I personally found that I built a tolerance to it after a while. I have done a few resets on it over the last couple of years and that does help a lot. But it still doesn’t hit like it used to when I very first started using it. Makes me wonder how I’d react to Reta. Of the suppression would feel stronger and the other benefits sound awesome too.
