What is everyone’s thoughts and reviews on Retatrutide? Have watched several videos and some research, but looking for personal experience.

I tried it. Low dose (1mg-1.5mg) and was pretty underwhelmed. Made my heart rate go up so there’s that I guess. I have a bunch Tirz that I’ll try at some point.

Isn’t Reta an actual fat burner? As opposed to just diabetes medication? Not 100 on that, but what I recall, never used glp1s
No, it's not a fat burner per say. It's a GIP and GLP-1 receptor agonist. Activates both hormone receptors.

For people who truly need, it's awesome but the number of people using it who just want to cut out a little food noise while already being at a low/healthy body fat is a bit alarming. Seeing it more and more.

Reta/Sema stacked best of any of the combos and I’m done then all. Not even close, by a landslide.

Acts on glp-1, GIP and the Glucagon receptor.

Does the same thing as tirz except it acts on The upper node of the heart and shoots your rhr into the sky. My resting heart rate on max dose was 115 lol.

I prefer to go above “max dose” of tirz like 20mgs appetite is nuked with 0 side effects.

Sema makes me piss blood out of my ass and I’m still starving.

That’s pretty much how it goes actually

Currently on it.
Started December 9th, 13.6% bf, January 9th currently sitting at 9.3% bf
Did not change diet. I eat clean minus the weekend. I work out 5 days a week and 20 mins of walking cardio which was Introduced mid December

Results are great, started at 2.5mg a week. 2nd week went to 4mg, 3rd week went to 5mg, 4th week 5mg, this week will be 7.5mg

Weight down, bf down and skeletal muscle.mass up. Inbody test done 2-3 times per week.

All in all, I lost more on tirzepatide but felt like doo doo
Retatrutide is alot cleaner

I thought the main selling point for reta was smaller dose. I’ve seen multiple sources cite .5mg starting dose, and others up to 2.5 and higher.
I got a ton of benefit from semiglutide at .5 mg the whole time I was on it, never needed to raise dose.

Definitely not — Reta doses much closer to Tirz than it is Sema. Starting dose is 2.5mg with a “max” of 15mg.

Semaglutide i never crossed 2mg per week. Max dose is 2.5mg

Tirzepatide is never crossed 5mg, max dose is 15mg per week

Retatrutide is too new to know max dose and what it can actually do. Studies are still hot off the press

I like progress yesterday and the bf % drop with muscle gain is a sign of no harm no foul

I was on a long lay off and lazy drinking daily eating whatever and hitting 233lbs then got back to it. came off a 90 day 500mg test e for 4 weeks with 2iu hgh,50 mg proviron,4mg ghk cu, 200mg Glutathione 3x a week. Added igf lr3 50mcg on workout days for 4 weeks then peg mgf 400mcg 3x a week for 4 weeks. 3 weeks ago switched to 250 test e ,2 iu hgh ,igf lr3 50mcg on workout days, 20 mg cardarine for cardio and retatrutide. Will switch in a week and repeat peg mgf for 4 weeks. Starting reta dose 2 mg then 4mg and currently at 6mg split to 3mg mon and 3mg Thurs to avoid possible sides. Since Starting reta 1st week nothing, end of 2nd week weight started to drop from 223lbs to 215 as of this morning. Since monday its been 1lb a day. I still have an appetite but I can not eat that much and I can not eat anything carb heavy or sugary or i pay the price in feeling a heavy knot in my stomach and feel very shitty. Down to eating small portions once or twice day of beef, chicken, pork or eggs and feel fine and full. have plenty of energy all day long. Going to stay at 6mg for another week or till I stop losing weight then up the dose. I'm 5'9" 54yrs and still setting tile, stone and wood for 35yrs. The extra energy has been very nice and still have energy to do stuff when im off work. Heart rate is slightly up. Monitoring bp and its slightly up but still in good range, Sleep is good. I've noticed dry mouth spells tjat come n go during the work day but i drink water through out day anyway. Workouts have been very good while on reta. So far so good.

You lost bodyfat and gained muscle going from 14% to 9% bf? By what metric?

In body machine. I use it 2 or 3 times per week. If I feel I get a off number I rerun it or step on another inbody machine. I have 4 I choose from. So the numbers are very consistant

Where do you get your Reta

This right here guys. I have first hand experience as well. 5mg reta a week, and take 1 to 1.5mg of sema a few days after. No comparison.

10mg cardarine a day is icing on top and stacks well, but optional.

Honestly, I’ve been surprised by how effective Retatrutide 40mg has been. I did a lot of research before trying it — watched several videos, read through forums, and checked out different sites — and this one had some of the most helpful info. Definitely worth looking into if you’re curious, but as always, make sure to talk to a healthcare professional first!
40 mg or 4 mg ?

This has been my experience as well. Tirzepitide had much more profound appetite suppression than Reta did for me.
Yeah, Reta has its merits for sure. I like the triple agonist. But I have heard plenty say that it isn't as good at mitigating the appetite as Tirz. Some advocate for using Reta with Cagri to get really good appetite suppression. But neither are FDA approved.

I did a reset and cleared my system of Reta , took 6 weeks off. Decided to try a little experiment on myself and did .25 mg Ozempic and 2 mg Reta, iv been stalled at 157-158 is the reason for the reset and adding the Ozempic. After three weeks really didn’t notice much of anything, appetite was the same , so week four I upped the Ozempic to .50 and Reta still at 2 mg. Very surprised this morning when I weighed in at 152, something is working and I’m still eating and not shut down like I was doing Ozempic at 1 mg. At some point I’m going to give just Carg a try and see how just that does for me.

Reta killed my appetite better then anything ever has. Even the dose of .25mgs and I wouldnt want to eat all day everyday for more then a week.

Sema and tirz are excellent too but for me reta worked the best. Also I get nasty heartburn and some bloat w reta. I didn't get that w sema or tirz

Sema is the only one of the 3 that gave me mild nausea after each shot. Even at .25 mgs.

It’s really something how people react so differently from one GLP to another.

I’ve seen where some swear by it and how powerful it is for appetite suppression. Them pair that with a triple agonist like Reta. Some claim that’s like “THE” ultimate stack. But on the other hand, that doesn’t always make it so. 🤣

I’ve used Tirz off and on for a good while. It definitely makes a difference but I personally found that I built a tolerance to it after a while. I have done a few resets on it over the last couple of years and that does help a lot. But it still doesn’t hit like it used to when I very first started using it. Makes me wonder how I’d react to Reta. Of the suppression would feel stronger and the other benefits sound awesome too.

One thing I will say about Reta, for me anyhow, I didn’t think I was getting much in the way of suppression until I stopped using it. Took about a week or five days and I absolutely noticed increases in my hunger and thinking about food, so it was a subtle thing for me and it was doing more then I realized.
