Good morning everyone, it's 11:37 am on a Friday in Florida. I wake up at 3:30 am everyday, grab some food and head to the gym.
Here is my update for today.
Legs
Warm Up: Abductors: 3 sets 10-12 reps with a rest period of 60 seconds
Barbell Squat: 3 sets 10-15 reps with a 1 minute rest period
DB Lunges: 3 sets 10-15 reps with a 1 minute rest period
Bodyweight lunges: 3 sets, 10-12 reps with a 1 minute rest period
Close Stance Leg Press: 3 set 10-12 reps with a 1 minute rest period
Leg Extensions: 5 sets 15-20 reps with 30 second rest period
Seated Leg Curls: 5 sets 15-20 reps with 30 second rest period
Adductors: 4 sets 15-20 reps with 30 second rest period
Calf Raises: 4 sets 15-20 reps with 1 minute rest period
Today is actually a re-feed day so I get to have carbs.
Meal 1:
Whey Isolate,
Cream Of Rice,
Blueberries,
Natural Peanut Butter

Taking in 2 gallons of water per day and also adding 1/4 teaspoon of salt to each meal. This is to prepare me as we drop water in the next 2 weeks as Pro-Debut in Class Physique at the Atlanta Pro is in 14 days. Posing practice is everyday for 40 minutes straight, doing qtr turns and also the mandatories. Cardio is 60 minutes per day ONLY doing treadmill as I don't want to lose my legs by hitting the stairmaster any longer.

FYI: Tren Acetate was added the last 4 weeks of the cycle, same with Winny V.
I feel amazing on this cycle, strong, hard, dense, really good gym sessions, and I've learned to control the tree by not taking huge dosages. Not that I was freaking out on anyone but I could feel the change and the aggressive side that it brings. As far as my sleeps, I sleep with a CPAP but the HGH put's me in a deep sleep, I wake up refreshed not sore, and I feel very good.
