Started TRT with HCG about a month ago, haven't done any follow up bloods yet. I feel fantastic and I'm getting great gains from it, but yesterday I noticed my left nipple felt a little tender/swollen and today after my workout and shower there was a little bit of blood coming out of it. I'm on 180mg/wk Test C and 1400iu/wk HCG. Other than that I'm on a low dose of Reta twice a week (0.5mg) and some NAD+, Glutathione, GHK-Cu, and I ran some BPC/TB-500 a couple weeks ago to knock out some nagging lower back pain.

Is this common? Any ideas what could be causing it? Obviously all the really bad stuff is always on the table but wondering if this is a known thing for guys on Test/HCG

Blood is not common. High prolactin can cause a discharge out of the nipples usually from Tren use.
Based off what you’re taking, your estrogen is probably out of range high from the hCG

1400 iu/week is pretty hefty in my experience.
Usually protocol for plump balls (lh mimicking) is 250 2x/week is what i usually see.
Imagine e2 is probably out there🤷🤷
Hcg skyrockets my estrogen. Blood though?
My nipples let me know when something is off. We will never get close to a blood phase. Lmao.🤣

Never heard of that. It I googled it out of curiosity

, bleeding or blood-stained discharge is abnormal. In males, bloody nipple discharge can be a symptom of a benign growth, but it is more commonly associated with male breast cancer and requires prompt medical evaluation.

Sounds like elevated prolactin. This is most common when you have lactation. BUT it can be a common infection in the gland, or if there is some type of trauma to the area or has been in the past, then bleeding can also occur.

You can check both E and Prolactin. Many times both are elevated and you need an anti P and an anti E.

But minus bloodwork you really wont know. I will say that most discharge from the nipples I have seen in my career, is 90% prolactin related. Once in awhile that 10% turns out to be the combo or the E.

Whats a common/available anti-P if that ends up being the case?

Got labs scheduled for Monday and have some stuff on the way in case it is elevated prolactin. Pausing the HCG until I know more and will go see a doc later in the week, especially if the labs aren't glaringly obvious. Labs should help the doc diagnose either way if the labs themselves don't tell me what's going on with any degree of confidence. Thank you all for pointing me in the right directions once again.

What does it taste like? Sugary cereal or more like blood.

Did you do any running, intense cardio and what were you wearing?

I used to run half marathons and my nipples would chafe into my shirt and start bleeding. a lot of runners put bandaids over their nipples for this. I think its more likely all the answers about but just wanted to make sure you didnt run 10miles or something

Actually I did do 30mi on the gravel bike the day before, wearing a lycra (or whatever) sun shirt. It feels fine today, no blood even after a heavy bicep day and a shower. Either way I'm going for bloodwork tomorrow to rule out the above and adjust as necessary, but this is actually a really good point I didn't think of. It wasn't much blood when it happened, just a spot on my undershirt. Could be a combo of things too.

100% common with runners that wear those same kinda shirts. Runners actually tape their nipples to avoid it. Definitely more common with chaffing than with AAS and dragging fine grit sandpaper for 30 miles across your nipples would be enough. I'd venture to say you figured out your problem. Ole Raw Nips.

Bloodwork would just be reassuring that nothing wierd was going on though.

I very much think this is it! That being said, still doing bloods tomorrow and getting check by a doc when they come back, just in case. And I've got some stuff on the way to knock down elevated prolactin (thank you GnT!) if that ends up being a contributing factor, which my gut tells me might be the case.

Look into getting "body glide" its an anti-chaffing stick like deodorant. I use it on my inner thighs when I'm going to be doing a lot of outside work and sweating my ass off. I can get a major chaffing rash there that just fucking kills.
Runners use that stuff on their nipples and anywhere else it can be a problem. Lasts all day!

Word! Yeah I have some chamois butt'r for my crotch and thighs when I'm cycling, works like a charm, probably the same shit as body glide, maybe need to rub a little on the ol' nips too haha
