We think a shipping agent may have done it. Yes definitely didn’t come from Lion.

I appreciate you guys sticking up for Lion, couple of the recent complaints were legit.

1. Guy was just mad at shipping delay so Lion gave a full refund
2. This guy says he sent Lion btc but Lion never received. He sent proof of sending so maybe one of those rare lost transactions. It happened to me once. Lion is sending his order anyway even tho he was never paid
3. We think this guys pack was damaged in shipping and a shipping agent opened the pack and taped up a cracked vial. Lion is resending him a new pack.

All three situations are being handled. Thanks for the support guys

Just FYI for anyone concerned about the shipping delays. My pack from the holiday bogo Sat in a facility stagnant for 17 days, zero movement, waiting to be picked up by another (final)carrier. I emailed ONCE asking if that was a normal event, Lion was quick to answer yes and not to worry it would show(and also stated they would reship if it didn't). I took that and waited it out with no more emails blowing them up with the same question on repeat. Sure enough, pack showed up today.

Ive been a customer of IL for a while and recently had a package lost, they had me wait 30 days for it not moving before resending.

They supposedly resent it on 1/12 but its showing pending with partner carrier

Weird when this has never been an issue- always get orders in like 4-5 days

First of all we are all wrong. We are being lied too. I found out all of my orders have been totally screwed up.... Rumor has it a midget butler dressed in a pinstripe suit, with tails, there must me tails, will hand deliver every product at exactly 12:12 AM and will sing you a song to put you back to bed. Is this true or did I take to much melatonin?

Guys all INT shipping is slow as hell. 3-4 weeks is fast right now. Whereas it was 1-2 weeks for a long time.

Things change.

Also Chinese New year, so plan accordingly for delays etc.

I don't think some of you guys here would have made it in the late 1990s and early 2000...your send cash in.mail and your pack would arrive 2-3 months later w no tracking. Some of you guys would have gone to the police to file complaints you were scammed....seriously guys settle down it's beyond annoying watching people complain about INT packs being delayed...

We love yas but this is how you look the vets here on the forum...

Amazon has ruined peoples expectation.
I had a young guy who I gave a deal to on insulin syringe boxes, call me 2 hours later after he paid asking for tracking. That's how stupid people have become.

After lecturing I banned him from ever ordering again. Sponsors can and will ban you if you are a problem. And I don't blame them one bit. No one wants a problem customer or an unreasonable customer.
