Started off great-wait--no the fuck it didn't-- these assholes told me everything I ordered was on the way the day I ordered with tracking included- then the next day they tell me that my test isn't in the package cause they ran out and because my order wasnt big enough they gave it to people who's order was bigger than mine- so once again they tell me everything is on the way with the same tracking number they gave me the day before that supposedly had the test. I tell them any test u get -even if its not enanthate u can replace it with when it comes-on discord they say they have test c in a week later.. I wait until later that night to email them asking if they sent my test out. They tell me no-they tell me they will refund my moneyfor the test which they do..now last night I message them asking about my tracking bc it's been cleared in the US since the 12th but hasn't updated or moved. They answer me back and tell me not to worry- its a "special way they deliver". What a fuckin joke. There is no special way to deliver mail. Nothing but a hassle since day 1 and if u think im lying-ill show u all of the emails.. its been 20 days since the day I ordered amd this isn't my first rodeo-i know it takes time but ive never been jerked around like this from anyone on this forum..o and my informed delivery doesn't say anything about an inbound package-... good luck with these guys
 
I am sketchy about sources who are on SM and discord. I trust verified sources on a forum like this far more when you can see an established track record for years with customer reviews it’s a no brainer to me. SM and discord can have anybody typing in reviews and shit.

After some review of IL it looks like they have a good track record and service that extends to years so they would be someone I would look to. I don’t like to place international orders however but if I did these guys look pretty legit to me.

FWIW, I ordered from IL on the holiday BOGO sale. From what I understood about the . It even had the same delay once it landed. I reached out and got a similar answer. Having read through countless posts on this forum about IL, I trusted the process because they gave me no reason not to.

If you really ordered from IL, I would hang tight. Hope that helps in some way.

Had to edit this due to rules on shipping and dom talk too.

You weren’t jerked around. They do have a special shipping method using a reshipper. That’s all that can be said because of the new rules being enforced by the admin. No shipping talk, no price or transaction info, no dom talk etc.

Everyone who ever orders from Lion either gets the stuff they order or they get a refund period.

This time of year is chaos. You have double the normal orders and you have shipping companies delayed and you have shipping companies making errors , losing packs and delayed packs at a higher rate.

This is an easily resolution. Keep in touch w the brand off the forum and they will handle it.

I don’t want to put details but my order was before yours and I still haven’t gotten it. I’m not worried, to be clear about it. I was told if more than 1 month they will re-ship. I’ve ordered from these guys multiple times and will continue. I think you guys just have to be patient and realize what it is that you’re actually buying.

If it takes longer it’s not the end of the world. I’m a big proponent of buying shit in excess and being prepared. This takes the urgency and stress out of my shopping. I order shit and forget about it until it arrives. If at some point I haven’t gotten it, then I get with the company and they resolve. Guys on here start to fall apart if in 2 weeks time they don’t have something. Just take it easy, I’m not discounting that you’re spending money but this is already a risk and being elevated doesn’t help you in the least. Stay calm and deal with issues as they arise. IL has been on these forums before you and I likely. So I doubt they’re looking to ruin that for one customer.

I've talked to them numerous times.. its not the time-i get it..its the responses and the fact that they said my order was together then redacted amd said the test wasnt in the order because of customers with bigger orders.. they gave me a refund but thats not the point.. ..if they have a reshipper--than fine it will come buts its the right email and source.. .. they were good with responses-they gave me a refund--im not saying their burning me-im saying that they dicked me around a bit and not one other source from this forum had done that-that ive ordered from in the last 2 years under this

we don't cheat anybody , oil quantity is really small, Once oil is ready, we'll definitely prioritize sending out the paid orders that are already in the queue, and then send them out in order.

If OP said they refunded him, then I don't see a problem. I've ordered from them several times and there were a couple times they were out of stock on something and the refunded that portion of it. That's business. It's a huge operation and taking who knows how many orders at the same time, it's possible for in-stock quantities to get over lapped and not updated in time.
I've seen sources on other boards that will tell you they're out of stock after a person has paid, and then tell them they'll give them a credit on their NEXT order. Forcing you to have to pay them again or lose the money. Iron Lion, and every source I've heard about on here will refund you the money so you're not forced to buy from them again unless you want to. That's good business. I have no problem buying from them again knowing they'll refund me if they run out faster than they realized.
And as far as them giving test E to a bigger order, yeah I get that sucks on a personal level, but I can't blame them. I usually make small orders of 5-600 or less in case it gets lost or seized, and then I could argue I'm not trying to distribute (which I'm not). If some high roller made an order of several thousand and especially if he was a repeat customer, I'd understand them giving him the priority. Would still suck but I'd understand. Plus IL will probably give you first dibs on the next batch coming in since they did that.
Not backing the OP, I understand the frustration, but I understand IL side also, and they've always had good customer service and will take care of you in the end. Refunding the money is an obvious good sign.

Thanks.. I didnt doubt you would make it right. I said it in my review that you gave me a refund for what you couldn't send. Just gave my experience-which I do with every order I put in from vendors on this site.

They gave me a refund. Theres allot of good reviews for these guys which is why I was surprised when the things that were happening happened the way they did. Im not saying these guys arent legit with giving what they sai they will-it was just presented bad but I was also informed that most of the representatives dont speak English and what was said wasnt meant to be said the way it was said.. I agree with u-whej they said that bigger orders are priority over the time it wa put in,it pissed me off but they did make it right so far--just waiting on the delivery of the rest of the order which they said is coming--i understand the time.not my first rodeo...although the end of the day. Theyre making it right so it is what it is
 
Even good labs and brands can have errors guys.

It's worth noting we have a good member here and a good brand...were seeing more and more reports of things that truth be told should be handled off the forum.

Guys will send 3,4,10 msgs to a sponsor and then be mad they don't get a reply to each one...when people do that to me I delete them and sometimes ban a customer.

This is not acceptable guys...OP I'm not saying you did that but while we're on this topic let's clarify for those newbies reading this.

Always give the sponsor.a chance to resolve.. bringing it to the forum is bad for them and the member..it also burns a bridge for what can be an honest mistake.

I've sold suppz for 30+ years and I would never rip someone off , but I've seen dozens of lost packs, broken bottles, missing items in my years. It happens...it's not always 100% smooth friends.

IF you researched your source well, give them the benefit of a doubt.

I've spent tens or hundreds of thousands w IL over the years and I might have had 3 issues , missing item or broken item.

They always fix it...it's not fair to bring resolvable issues to the forums my friends. Plus a good sponsor might not want to deal with you anymore for jumping the gun.

Just some veteran info.for everyone to consider.
