this shit sucks lol it’s chalky and WAYYY to sweet. It gives makes me feel full as fuck from how sweet it is. I just popped it open yesterday too I got over a month of this garbage to use.

I do work with a coach since may last year. i I was in a deficit up until October last year lol u must not have read back far enough in the log. I came out of my cut in October then got injured at work and couldn’t train for 3 months other then leg extension and leg curls. I was 165 at the end of my cut so just about 15lbs since December when I started training again.Well shit man. If I'm shooting you straight, it's probably time to reevaluate then. Like I said earlier, you seem very dedicated. I can't imagine putting as much effort into bodybuilding as you do for an entire year and coming out 3lbs down. Granted, you are leaner this year, but you look maybe 5lbs leaner. 1-2lbs of tissue in a year? You can do that as a natty so why go through the stress of gear and dedicate your time to the gym and food prep when you aren't getting much out of it.
If your goal is really what you say it is, have you thought about hiring a coach that knows how to put muscle on guys? Go look what Monte has done with Erock.. Dude has transformed in a year putting the same amount of effort in as you.
Not trying to be a hater at all, so I hope you don't take it like that. We should all look out for each other on here. That's all I'm trying to do. I have huge respect for your work ethic and that's the only reason I'm taking the time to write this.

Damn that sucks! Three months is a long time. But what happened to the other 9 months? Your goal and your progress don't align. That's all I'm trying to point out. We trimmed all the fat off in the pics I posted , u along with a couple set back weeks of me partying to much on vacations lol the one week I put on atleast 10lbs in August lol that was a big set back. we didn’t start trying to put weight on me until after I was cleared for my injury late December. We slowly increased calories so I didn’t put a shit ton of fat on. I think it’s working pretty wellDamn that sucks! Three months is a long time. But what happened to the other 9 months?
