Felt some pain in my right shoulder doing pulldowns. This isn’t the injured shoulder either lol i just stopped the set and lowered the weight and it was fine.

I been using the stim free pre workout from ryse since Christmas. GNC didn’t have any and I was stuck buying something else. Figured I’d try the stim free sweedish fish from gorilla mind. 🤮 this shit sucks lol it’s chalky and WAYYY to sweet. It gives makes me feel full as fuck from how sweet it is. I just popped it open yesterday too I got over a month of this garbage to use.
