Made some Loco Moco ! I miss Hawaii, I could eat that Erryday. I’m super hot ;seems like in can eat a whole Turkey and it doesn’t go away! Good start and I feel good. I look forward to gym time, it’s like you want to overtrain so you have to concentrate on diet more just to keep yourself from hitting the floor and “give me 50!” . Well tudca are of the best supplement for the liver, but i dont know the posologie.

About milk thistle it's a serious problem because the % are not indicated ...

If you have the opportunity check on amazon for exemple and choose a milk thistle with high % minimum 80 for silymarin and 20% silybin, during the cycle it's the best weapon, and after cycle NAC / Tudca / Liv52 continued the milk thistle.

If your lose appetit / some difficult to digest it's surely the sign of hepatoxicity dammage, my advice are to cute your dbol from 50 to 20-25mg, and depend the degres stop the dbol.

When your take the supplement for liver, if your appetit come back it's a good sign.

Liver dammage made maybe some acnee too (i get a ton on Superdrol cycle)

Strength never went down..

If you have the original sdrol with 10mg daily, a good diet (you need to eat minimum 2500calories, with good ratio of protein/ glucides/ lipids) your gain around 3 to 5kg without water retention in 4 weeks.

This stuff are not joke, with proper PCT you save easily 80-90% of your gain.

I had a busy and fun weekend . Made some Gumbo which I have plenty of leftovers for extra meals! Averaging 60-75g protein per meal right now, my carbs are high unless eating a higher fat meal . My Strength is really going up nicely ! Loving the start of a good cycle, definitely will have to watch my total calories because “You can eat 24/7” which may be good for some, bad for others.
The changes in my reps and sets are difficult to say the least, but i am adapting and sometimes my time at the gym is just longer . I already am outgrowing my night job clothes; which is crazy.
Remember, reach at least one goal daily!

Mmm . Then my sister & mom spent their Sunday juicing and made all these shots: some with cayenne pepper, others with ginger root, lemon. Anyway, I’m supposed to take this sometime we shall see if it helps. Doesn’t taste bad at all

I use both those liver supps. Alcohol is not a bodybuilders friend , that is for sure ! You look really good ! Don’t wear out that italian girl too fast

Yes ... I agree, particularly if you take oral ... I'm not fan of alcohol but at low dose some give a effect like muscle relaxant, anxiolytic .....
It's sugar .... a small glass of alcohol contains around 200 to 300 calories.
