I had a busy and fun weekend . Made some Gumbo which I have plenty of leftovers for extra meals! Averaging 60-75g protein per meal right now, my carbs are high unless eating a higher fat meal . My Strength is really going up nicely ! Loving the start of a good cycle, definitely will have to watch my total calories because “You can eat 24/7” which may be good for some, bad for others.
The changes in my reps and sets are difficult to say the least, but i am adapting and sometimes my time at the gym is just longer . I already am outgrowing my night job clothes; which is crazy.
