That’s great ! I only post up drinks & food I enjoy myself . Gotta change things up sometimes . The reason I switched to cold brew in the first place is the acid level is lowered up to
70% , even if that isn’t true ..it doesn’t upset my stomach like hot coffee (cold brewed, not iced coffee, btw) .

One fact I learned today that confirmed why I like Melanoan II over Pt-141 aka Melanotan I aka bremelanotide is :
It’s second generation so, an improved version
It gives a better tan if exposed to UV rays
**cited: It gave 17 out of 20 men erections within 17-24 minutes

That’s just IME/IMO , but it’s nice to have in a nasal spray or injectable. They’ve came out with troche versions and pellets too but . Sub q works for me . Time to work . Gonna hit arms and hopefully some ass! Lol

Trest is a Real MoFer..
I thought it was just me..but I feel it within an hour..strong like a train running over you..the following day,the pumps are Godlike..
The second day..it starts to stall..
I'm playing It safe, only 25mgs M..W..F..
That's plenty for me..more isn't better with Trest..

Totally ! It took hold very fast ! Finished 2 weeks and today will start week 3 . I’m actually eating and talking right now ! Lol. I can already
tell its something I will use again , the strength gains and appetite are for sure the most prominent (besides breaking out in a sweat cuz I’m eating like a hog !) . It seems like it’s thermogenic, I get all hot and just barrel food like I’m eating with family and nobody is here right now

25mg is a good dose for even experienced guys who’ve never used. It’s very popular overseas (moreso than US) . I thought it would be a contraceptive but, they don’t want men to have any AAS for use as a contraceptive , yet they don’t mind giving girls , even teens all the female hormone compounds . Sad

Today I have two weeks down and my weight is 215lbs/low bf%, most think I’m 230+lbs. I felt a bit sluggish week 1&2 but, not too bad as long as I stay hydrated and have my coffee. That is fading a bit and my appetite and power are kicking hard. I have slept longer without waking at all each sleep time which is really rare. I enjoy that part, must be the Ztropin GH plus I am eating a good last meal plus my night snack meal : a Coffee mug of Cottage Cheese, hard boiled egg/s with 1/4 cup nut blend pistachio/macadamia/walnuts in ziplock snack bags or jerky/fruit/nuts/eggs pack.
I am holding some water which is expected but it’s probably what’s helping my power move up rapidly. My BP/HR is under at resting and spikes during workouts of course. I’m going to start using my waist trainer at work or at home after first four weeks. **Vacuums and Posing will be done at ends of workouts. I feel it’s an important part of adding detail and helps my stage endurance/presence.

Sounds good man..I been a bit sluggish too,increase in food and also the heat is up down here..but I'm pushing through..

It’s part of the bulking game . When I cut , I sleep less, eat less but, have more go go juice . Cardio during bulking helps me out personally….that and Cold Brew Or Nitro

Didn’t go to the All u can eat Sushi…but, I did hit up a mega meat joint! I was sweating like crazy. I could have kept going but, I didn’t want to look like a complete glutton . Super strong training session but i lowered some weight because I wanted to “feel” my muscles doing the work. Sometimes we all forget that, you start listening to your music all the sudden I find my self moving to fast or not taking enough time between sets. It’s that adrenaline going , feels good . The Yoga/meditation was helping with that for sure, I just need 10min to get my mind right. Sometimes I just have too many things happening (people,schedule,or whatever)
and I completely skip it . I was liking all the new yoga amd Pilates training for sure but it’s big boy time.

Yea sir! It has been helping a lot ! My sex drive is great and I am not having any prolactin issues that I know of . Usually if it does start , I have sex sides first ; unable to reach orgasm or lack of desire (in many areas), depression. Luckily all is clear .

Been getting everything ready for my NY/NJ trip. I’m a bit stressed but a good stress. I am working with new people so that is always awkward but super fun. I get typecasted/judged right away as the Cali Surfer-Bodybuilder with no brains, lol! Sometimes it benefits me so I just go with it. My food has been helping soo much! I don’t think I’d be able to get the right calories just two years ago: I post up a lot of great food but I’ve been taking in so much more fiber, fruits, vegetables, nuts , and seafood than in my past. I still need to cut my red meat consumption down but..not now, lol. Remember, reach at least one goal daily!

That’s exactly what I thought of ..lol. Fucking rich kids ; I wish my parents could have afforded schools like this when I was back in high school.
They couldn’t even afford the food package. I’m grateful though cuz , I learned to eat cheap and bodybuilding meals , so did my roommates.

Yes sir, it does! Even my cousin realizes that . I don’t regret a thing but, I told him to really let it soak in because he’s making friends for life. Not to hang out with fake fuckboys or id come back and take him out ! He’s got long hair like mine, only two of my cousins have long hair like mine and both were gonna cut theirs …I was like no way ! Your dads are bald so enjoy it while you can ! .

It’s been a minute since I’ve been out East and I’m loving all the food and women! I definitely enjoy having a house a lot more now. I went to one of the guys place here and his apt is tiny ! He pays $4,200 rent too . I showed him pics of what he could be having back home ! I think he may move, lol. I’ll never pay rent again unless I’m in another country ! The gym here is great ! Had a good strong workout and I’m getting all my food in for sure . I packed all my powders and supps so I’m able to take everything here. Work is super easy and the people are super cool, pay for everything when we go out ! I have all the management and they are taking me out on the town Kick Ass and
