I thought I would share interesting findings from my journey during my weight loss and cut.

Below attached is the lipid panel tests from this week compared to last this time last year. I started my cut in January.

For the last 9 months I have had a minimum of 3+ whole hard boiled eggs a day(some days 6-8 eggs). I did not skip a day since January. I also consumed 4 servings of whey a day. According to the National standards that’s more than double the daily allotted cholesterol recommended.

The rest of my diet consists of lean meats, broccoli, sweet potato and whey.

Supplements
8,000 mg Nattokinase
Antarctic krill
Vitamin D+k2
Magnesium Complex
Beet root powder
Creatine

I added in Reta about 3 months ago. (2.5 MG/week)

My Lipids plummeted across the board including ApoB and Ap(a)

The standards aren't put in place to promote a healthy population, they're put in place to promote a healthy drug industry. The whole "eating cholesterol is bad for you!!" shit has been debunked for decades. these people's jobs are centered around

100%, you could not be more correct. I just hope more people wake up and realize it’s all bullshit. All the typical “normal” doctors are parroting all the same misinformation.

Which is why I now have 12 chickens in my backyard and have brought my diet back down to the common sense basics.

I wonder what your lipids would be like if you kept eating like an average american without caloric deficit and added additional 6 eggs per day into your diet.

I'm on a weight loss journey right now, my diet is vastly changed from what it used to be. I could start drinking 50ml of pure piss per day and . I'm sure in 6 months I would see massive improvements to my health, lipids and erections, and handshake strength.

Would’ve been cool if you grabbed labs before adding the eggs to see what the Reta did, then added them to see if you saw a difference.

The before and after labs are attached. If your saying I should’ve taken labs as a baseline, then taken another set of labs after eggs only, then taken another set of labs after eggs and reta yea that would’ve been cool.

I only have my baseline results and after both Reta and eggs results.

Let me know how the piss drinking goes.

I’ll let you know how they change when I increase calories and lean bulk in January.

Yep. Still cool, though.

That's a pretty impressive change in your lipid panel! The consistency with the eggs and whey is definitely noteworthy.
