HGH reconstitution question

I reconstituted my first bottle of GH last night. However I’m worried I may have ruined it lol. I was not prepared for the vaccum the bottle had so as soon as I stuck the needle in to add the bac water it sucked it in like a damn water fall and foamed up with air bubbles. I’m assuming I ruined it but I am aware it needs to be put in slow, I could use some tips on how to avoid this next time if anybody could give me some pointers that would be cool.

Hold the plunger between your fingers when you insert the needle next time and then slowly let the vacuum pull it in by sliding through your fingers.

Also, have the vial horizontal and don’t let the water hit the powder directly. Let it run down into it if that makes sense.

GH is pretty fragile. I won’t say whether my opinion is that’s it’s “ruined” or not but there’s a good chance.

Next time pull the plunger all the way out of the barrel of the empty syringe, then stick the needle into the vial. The vacuum will be eliminated. After a second you can pull the needle out, reinsert the plunger, draw your water and shoot it into the vial.

It will be ok , just use it ! I always angle pin to the side . Yeah it’s fragile , but is it really that fragile ?? Did u guys see janosheck video , were he said it took alot to degrade it significantly.

Happens to almost everyone the first time, man you probably didn’t ruin it. The foaming looks scary, but GH is usually tougher than people think unless it was shaken hard. Next time, tilt the vial slightly and let the bac water run slowly down the side of the glass instead of shooting it straight in. You can also release the vacuum first by letting a tiny bit of air into the vial before adding the water. After mixing, just let it sit in the fridge until it clears up. You’ll be fine.

This is the method I was going for until the vaccum sucked everything in like it was pulling off the line at the drag strip lol thanks for the tips

You didn't ruin it. It's just fine. GH isn't as fragile as it's made out to be.

It’s likely you didn’t harm it. Janoshik been doing some recent tests and even shaking a vial during recon didn’t harm the rHGH

And we gonna need a control group. Gotta Round up a couple younguns asking ignorant questions on the site. For placebo We can have them reconstitute powdered sugar and have them inject it during Sesame Street.
