Letro

Depending on the dosage.. There's great studies out there that have discovered after 24hrs, E2 was lowered by 70-80%.. this will vary, and some users it took a few weeks to notice diminished estro related sides (not bloods)

In this study, it showed a decrease in mean estradiol of 56%. Over the course of 4 weeks, nothing was given other than 2.5 mg's of Letro per day and estradiol patches (100 μg/d for the first week, 50 μg/d the second week, 25 μg/d the third week, and no estradiol patch the fourth week). The purpose of it was to find a relation between elevated and lowered levels of E2 and testosterone by actions the HPTA take. The 56% decrease was noted on the 4th week when no E2 was given. This is more of a read for understanding HPTA than the AI, but I thought it would toss out some more information pertaining to Letro. Good read for those of you who already have a general understanding of HPTA and how AI's really work
 
I'm currently taking IMR liquid letrozole. It's def doing the job. Letro is only thing working right now. 1mg adex wasn't stopping my gyno and other high e sides; switched to exemestane thinking would work better, no good, bout same as adex, running 50mg exe + 20mg nolva. Switched to letro. That night 1.25mg + 60mg tore, next morning took another 1.25 letro+60mg tore. That evening gyno gone, but also lost bout 5lb water. Letro sucks the water out way more than other two. Matainence is 1.5mg eod
