Well, the obvious questions that need to be answered are

Weight, bodyfat, goals.

Knowing your cycle may or may not help but ultimately year won’t save you from the wrong diet.

Running 300 test a week.

185 lbs currently

Atm I’d like to be 215 lbs is the end goal.

Not sure of my body fat percentage

I mean roughly 18 calories per lb of BW isn’t a bad bulking number.

I’d throw more fruits in if possible. Maybe swap out a granola bar for some fruit tossed into the yogurt? Just for some antioxidants and micros.

Add a multi to round out your micros. It’s not superior to whole food but still.

Don’t forget healthy fats. Having trouble seeing the pics but I’m assuming you’re getting plenty of poly and mono?

I love just eating the same shit day in and day out. Makes it easy to diet and bulk. But I always need to be aware of the minor details like vitamin D (I naturally am super deficient and need to supplement).

Most importantly how do you feel eating this? How’s training?

I’m no expert on being over 200 lbs... but it sounds like you need to eat more.

A lot more. And probably a lot differently, too.

Forget the protein shakes and snack bars for a minute and start pounding down some rice and chicken. That's where I'd start.

I never said I eat snack bars. In the pictures it she’s what food is being consumed. My engine diet is Whole Foods. And if you seen all I eat is chicken and rice and protein pasta.

Like I said, eat more, but in real terms. Because almost 300 kcal from 150 g of chicken breast only happens if the chicken is obese.

Maybe it’s time to switch app.

What do you mean in real terms?

And everywhere I’ve looked says 150g of cooked Chicken breast ranges for. 250-300 kcal, so I’m excused.

Around 20% I’m guessing

I only carry a small a small belly
If you are 20% which you are probably more since we all underestimate, you have no business going from 185 to 215lbs or whatever it is. You will end up over 30% body fat with that game even if you have a very successful book. Just do the math.I’m not trying to be a Debbie downer at all. I’m just giving you the truth. I wouldn’t say it if I didn’t want to help.

At the end of the day, it’s your body do what you want, man

I thought what was being asked was my long term goal.

Hold on, this time I’m not going to make any wrong assumptions, I’m going to ask a question.

Are those 200 grams of rice supposed to be weighed raw or cooked?

Looks like I need to start doubling my rice intake as well then

My app didn’t say if it was reading it raw or cooked.

After looking it’s raw, so looks like I should double my intake during those times to get a higher kcal and carbs percentage out if it

Looks like I’m switching apps to MYFITNESS PAL.

Was under eating without noticing.

Thanks y’all. Love this community
