Lean Growth Phase

Workout was sick af!

The FST-7 extensions at the end of the workout kicks my ass every week. Coach says the NPP should be fully saturated by next week and i should find it a bit less cumbersome to get through my sets. Either way I’m pushing through. But I’ll take any help I can get lol

Today was a difficult workout. I decided to have cereal PW knowing damn well milk fucks my stomach up big time. I spent the entire workout trying to keep my food down, I was productive though. I just hate that I probably could have pushed harder if I just went with my tried and true cream of rice setup.

Anyway, taking my kiddos to Disney this weekend. Will still be staying on plan for the most part.

I can’t do milk either. I don’t mind either I hate the taste of it lol If I have cereal I either eat it dry or put water in it just to soften it up. Typically I just eat it dry though.
 
So my new job has me training in another city on Monday. Instead of trying to rush through my workout, I just moved everything back a day. Which means Monday will be a fibrous carb rest day. I felt super strong this morning. Looks like this stuff is starting to get saturated

But whatever, I didn’t take photos from when I was 365lbs, and I regret not documenting that’s weight loss better. This time I’ll document my shit lol. Even if photos embarrass the shit outta me

ive been doing physique updates for alsmot 2 years. it doesnt get any less embarassing i freaking hate it lol.
even posing at the gym i feel like an idiot.

its just part of the grind! beyond uncomfortable makes you grow in a lot of ways!

Look solid dude. Your skin is tight for being down like 150lba or whatever you weigh
 
I mainly feel awkward trying to take pics bc I have no idea how to pose or what I'm doing
I’m not good at it either but my posing has improved tremendously since I started practicing. John jewit gives some nice tips on posing. There’s another guy too that @Meetketchup had me look up before but I can’t remember his name. I follow the guy on social media but I can’t remember his name right now

Absolutely. This phase is a challenge just because of my weight climbing again, and getting watery. I’m just trying to focus on hitting the macros and not going buck wild and just getting fat lol

Already put on some water. But at my lightest weight it was around 137lbs of weight down. Coach put me on ghk-cu injectable and I also rubbed on the cream every morning. Haven’t been as diligent with it lately, but I’m sure it helped

Anadrol is a crazy compound. Every leg day I can push harder. Reps aren’t easier, but they just keep coming. As I said in the earlier post, did my Monday workout today because I gotta be in a different city on Monday bright and early.
