I can’t do milk either. I don’t mind either I hate the taste of it lol If I have cereal I either eat it dry or put water in it just to soften it up. Typically I just eat it dry though.Today was a difficult workout. I decided to have cereal PW knowing damn well milk fucks my stomach up big time. I spent the entire workout trying to keep my food down, I was productive though. I just hate that I probably could have pushed harder if I just went with my tried and true cream of rice setup.
Anyway, taking my kiddos to Disney this weekend. Will still be staying on plan for the most part.
