Lean Growth Phase

Workout was sick af!

The FST-7 extensions at the end of the workout kicks my ass every week. Coach says the NPP should be fully saturated by next week and i should find it a bit less cumbersome to get through my sets. Either way I’m pushing through. But I’ll take any help I can get lol

Today was a difficult workout. I decided to have cereal PW knowing damn well milk fucks my stomach up big time. I spent the entire workout trying to keep my food down, I was productive though. I just hate that I probably could have pushed harder if I just went with my tried and true cream of rice setup.

Anyway, taking my kiddos to Disney this weekend. Will still be staying on plan for the most part.

I can’t do milk either. I don’t mind either I hate the taste of it lol If I have cereal I either eat it dry or put water in it just to soften it up. Typically I just eat it dry though.
