So I’m not typically a log type of guy, but I’m terrible at keeping progress photos and things like that.

Coach has given the green light for my growth phase it starts on Sunday.

Diet:
(Carb Cycling, carbs will get higher the more I reverse out)

Low days
275g protein
Fibrous carbs only
60g fat

Med days
250g protein
250g carbs
50g fat

High days
225g protein
500g carbs
Low fats on high days

Protocol:

600 Test E weekly
400 Primo weekly
250 NPP weekly
4iu GH pre-bed
25mg anadrol on leg days pre-workout

Multi Vitamin
• Fish Oil 6g/Day (3AM/3PM)
• CoQ10 200mg
• Vit D/K2 10k
• NAC 1200mg
• Creatine 10g
• Cirtus Bergamot 1,200mg
• Berberine (500mg with meals 1, 3, 5)
• Nattokinase - 10-12,000 FU
• Telmisartan 80mg

Training is UPPPL

Will feel good to finally see my strength increase

Workout was great, pumps were immaculate and I felt solid. Also no var for this growth phase, I didn’t have that PW, but still kicked ass today.

What TRT+ app is that? I've seen few on tiktok

Also that upper is basically the same as mine but I'm doing 2 sets mostly
 
Honestly, I can’t remember if I ended up paying for it. The app is cool though, it uses your blood work and based on dosages estimates where the bloodwork will land for next testing.

Shit sleep last night. My son woke up, wife brought him in our room and he kicked me in my back the entire night.

Luckily I did the workout yesterday, so today is a rest day. I am looking to take a strong nap and get some of this lost time back.

Tomorrow we get our first lower day in. A-bomb PW AND 500 carbs lol.
