Just wanted to post to give PSL a shoutout and @Vision particularly. Had a few bad vials come in and instead of just taking my money and saying it is what it is as most sources would do. Vision and PSL not only communicated with me but are working to make it right. And to me, that speaks volumes, now I can’t speak too much on their product but if the quality of their customer service is as good as their product then there is no reason to look elsewhere other than to PSL.
I’ve gone to other sources in the past as I have been lifting and pinning for years and some sources I would get back to back bunk gear as I test the gear when I receive it and when I raise my concern to them, it’s tough titties, thank you for buying our overpriced bunk.
Not only is PSL reasonably priced, customer service is great and above and beyond, shipping is quality, I’m sure I won’t have to worry about a bad product. So I just wanted to say thanks to the PSL team and to Vision for their communication and willingness to help. I don’t see why anyone would go elsewhere.
