Another huge drop this week, I had 8.8k calories on Friday, didn't weigh in on Saturday then weighed in yesterday at 197.6lbs, down 5lbs. I wish I could eat that much food once a week and drop that much weight. Coach Grok says it'll all be water weight and that my numbers will rebound this week so will see, as long as I'm lower than last weeks low then I'll be a happy chappy.

I've dropped MT1 now as I'm happy with my colour and getting fed up of the sickly feeling I get after each jab. Clen will go up to 60mcg this week and will see where the weight goes, Grok's thinking 1/2 weeks at 60mcg then dropping it for a week so let's see how it goes.

Nutrition is changing a little bit on non training days, I may have found my sweet spot with the Chinese reta and I've hardly got any appetite on days off the gym. So it'll be:

1550 cals, 175g protein, 170g carbs and 25g fat. Two mince and rice meals then a protein jelly with two scoops of beef xp at the end of the day.

I think I'm well on course to reach sub 195lbs in the next 5/6 weeks of this final slog whilst running 300mg test prop and 300mg mast enan then will get bloods done before my cruise.

Im 511 prob 510.depends ..fn compression fractures..never saw over 225.. cancer riddle me down to 178 im bouncing back..i feel great at about 195..it is what it is ..i dont wanna b a mass monster. I just wann b comfortable..l..do u brother set goal and reach it..

Very glad to hear you're on the road to recovery my friend. 💙 I think 225lbs would do me well if I was peeled for the stage, that amount of muscle will take a long time to build though, I'll get there eventually.
 
Lowest weigh in yet, 195lbs woop! Today is a "clean" cheat day, dirtiest food being some cereal. Last weeks 8.8k seems to really have helped somehow 😂 Today I'll be hitting 3588 cals, 206g protein, 60g fat and 575g carbs. Trained this morning fasted and got a decent vid posing so took two screenshots to post up, unfortunately not the best quality to show off the veins.

I'm not too sure if I could hit 190lbs in the next 4-5 weeks of this push but I sure am liking my test and masteron combo. Hitting .5ml of test prop on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and 1ml of test prop/mast e on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 300mg of each per week and rotating Delts, Pecs and Traps with zero pip so I do indeed recommend Dragon Pharma courtesy of roidsseek and @RS Rudy . Will be getting bloodwork done near the end of this timeline so will post it up then.

It's pretty funny to me that I came to this forum 6 months ago asking if it was time for me to use tren and I've got in somewhat decent shape without it. The brothers here had my back and gave me the advice I needed to stick the course and now I have a tool to use when the time comes that should have a great impact for contest prep.

I'm in a good place mentally and physically and might very well be at the end of this cut. I am going to make two changes this week, Reta is going to 1mg M/Th for a total of 2mg. Cardio is being increased by an additional 20 mins on the walking pad with my weighted vest at 5.5 speed.

Due to the fact I'm now under 195lbs securely - have held under for a few days - Grok is giving me two options:

1. Begin the rebound now starting with bumping calories up but maintaining cardio. (without the additional 20 mins)

2. Continue the diet for one more week before beginning the rebound next week.

I'm leaning towards option 2 because I do see fat that I can still drop but if I'm not going to compete then I shouldn't push the cut more than 2-3 weeks. I'm going to have a refeed this Thursday, will keep it moderate and track calories to see how my weight goes after doing so. If I get another decent drop in weight the following few days I'll push the cut extra weeks, if not then it's probably time to wrap it up. I'd like to ask some of the more experienced heads for their opinions if they don't mind as to whether they think this is the right call? @Wardamn @Bolan @Oakley6575

I'm going to do two shows minimum next year after I build some muscle. April/May time for the shows, one in the UK as I need to do a regional show before being allowed to compete internationally in Tunisia. Went to spectate the show in Tunisia a couple months back and want in on the action. It's NPC/IFBB level shows but I know I'm a far way off, I want a pro card in 5 years in mens physique.

Nah it doesn't feel overly fast, I need to focus to stay on the pad but it must be in km/h, which would be 3.4mph, that makes more sense. 😅

I'll give my opinion, but honestly, it seems like you have lofty goals. A pro card is no joke. My number one recommendation is to get a coach.

As far as the rebound, I think you are very close to being lean enough to start that process. It's hard to see your lower belly with how you placed your hands. Your love handles look good, but I can't tell if you might have a bit more fat that you could burn off there. You could cut another week or two, really dial in the conditioning, and then I would recommend rebounding hard with all clean food. No cheat meals, no bullshit in the diet. Pure bodybuilding foods keeping fats low, and carbs high. Protein as high as you can go without digestion issues.

Looking good man. If everything is rolling good I would continue on with your current plan of cutting. No reason to bale just yet.

I took a pic in the mirror earlier cos the vascularity was looking decent and my bird appreciated it so no homo for how low the pants are pulled, will add it below. I will continue to diet for 2/3 more weeks and see how far it can be pushed. I'm looking forward to eating more rice and mince so clean foods can be eaten happily and increased. The initial plan is to increase the weekly calories by 350 and start doing low/medium/high days.

1750 cals on 2 low days [200P,125C,50F]
2300 cals on 4 medium days [205P,310C,55F]
3550 cals on 1 high day [215P,530C,65F]

from week one then they go up accordingly.

I'm not carb cycling right now, just hitting a standard 1750 cals daily. Is that a hard enough rebound in your opinion?

I'd definitely structure the diet differently and eat more than that, but I'm not your coach. I'm excited to follow along and see what you can do.

Not sure how I dropped so much weight in one week but on the day of hitting 189.6lbs I had a full blown cheat day hitting around 10k calories. It was great at the time but 5 days later my weight still hasn't stabilised and I'm sitting at 195lbs 🤣 got some pics in the gym the morning of 189.6lbs and then got this weeks updated shots.

I'm going to continue the diet this week and then begin the rebound on Sunday and have a nice meal watching the final of the World Cup so I will be able to make some adjustments to the plan next Monday. Grok said this week to up the carbs to 200g so I'll just eat some more rice which is sounds delightful right now!

Have to post up this picture because I think it may be the best I've ever looked. This was taken at around 190lbs a few days ago. My weight has actually increased by a few pounds but sitting at a stable 194ish. The rebound is beginning on Monday and I can't wait to eat. Will be back then to give the rundown of what's going to happen.
