I've been back in the gym 3 days after having 7 days off and the sessions have felt harder than before I took time off. 🤣 I've not regressed on any of my sets, some I've been able to put the weight up but afterwards walking home each time I felt exhausted. Trained push today and from the start my left pec felt tight as I was warming up then felt like I was tearing it apart on my working sets, didn't get the same feeling in my right one for some reason. Got a decent pump in, once I was doing my cardio after the session my triceps and pecs felt blown up.

Had two deliveries today. First one was from PSL as I went looking for Cardarine and then couldn't resist adding Masteron to the basket for future use. The delivery was missing two packs of cardarine but I opened a ticket and was informed it will get sent out asap so that's all good, mistakes happen. I've used neither before but I'm implementing cardarine from today at 20mg daily. Hopefully it can help improve my lipids as I'll take any assistance I can get currently. I'm thinking I'll have bloods pulled in another 5-6 weeks before cruising.

The second delivery came courtesy of Iron Lion, putting the current bogo to good use as I plan out future cycles. I haven't used any of these compounds before. I got 6 EQ, 4 DHB, 2 Trenbolone Acetate and 2 Superdrol. The DHB is going in to my next blast and although I already have some in my cupboard I required more as the plan is to push it for 20-24 weeks. Tren and Superdrol will be used when comp prep rolls around towards the end of the year I reckon. EQ for a future growth phase. I don't want to go in at the deep end using all sorts of different compounds at a time and not knowing what's doing what as I've not got much experience.

The weight averages out at around the same for the last week but I think I'm looking leaner which is a bit of a mindfuck. I've still not lost any strength in months which is very nice indeed. Had some bad news yesterday so ate well under my calories but it's not affected my bodyweight today. Also not noticed any colour changes on 3 days of 100mcg MT2 and 4 days of 250mcg so will be continuing daily use of 250mcg for now.

I'm going to increase the speed of my fasted walk to 5 and the speed and incline of post session walk to 5.5 and 5. Cardio has been easy the past few weeks.

Going forward the plan is to run Masteron prop when the Anavar runs out beginning 18th May to see how my body tolerates it. Not used it before. Will be pinning 50mg daily alongside 50mg Test prop. Once I reach sub 210lbs I'll consider throwing Clenbuterol in. Not got a specific goal weight in mind to finish on but have been advised sub 200lbs which I think will see me close to stage lean.

The last few days I've been getting headaches which is a rare occurrence for me, spoke to coach Grok and he thinks the most likely culprit is the cardarine that was recently added. Going to try to hydrate even more the next few days and if it persists I will drop it to see if that's the cause.

I'm noticing now, nearly 18 weeks into the same original vial of retatrutide that it doesn't seem to have the same effect on me. I recently bumped it up to .75mg weekly and if anything my hunger and cravings have increased opposed to the .5mg dose I used for 15-16 weeks. I have another vial so I'm going to crack that open tonight and use 1mg - the worry for me is I'm going to Tunisia tomorrow for 9 days with my dad and the family will be cooking lots and lots of tasty meals that I may struggle to control myself. I know that isn't ideal but I would benefit from the suppression I've experienced with the reta up to the last few weeks.

There's a pro show on over the weekend which @Rajput is competing in so I'm going to tag along and support - looking to get in a couple of training sessions with the beast too. I'm excited. @Bolan
will be happy to see the lack of hair on my chest huh! 😉 Shaved it last night and going to go over my back again tonight.

I bet you guys have missed me! Last Tuesday I flew out to Tunisia to see family and watch the NPC/IFBB show on the 10th May. The standard was outstanding and hopefully one day I can hold my own on a stage like it. I got a couple of pics and also got a training session in with @Rajput which was fun and he also gave me some much appreciated advice.

I came down with a stomach bug however and couldn't keep any food down for the last 6 days so I've not really worried about any lost progress. Arrived home today and will start back up tomorrow in the gym and with my supplements. I've got bloods booked for next Wednesday to see how the proviron and aromasin have been impacting me the last 3/4 weeks. I've been running MT2 for the last 3 weeks but didn't take it abroad with me, I'm actually not looking so tanned in the side by side comparison but in person I do look darker. I might up the dose however and run 350mcg for the next few days before a maintenance dose.

I'm dropping Anavar from Monday as that will have been an 8 week run. I still have a ways to go on my cut, I'd appreciate thoughts on whether to add 300mg Masteron Prop to this mini blast with 300mg Test Prop for 6-8 weeks or just keep the Test Prop in on it's own/up the dose?

Ideally in a 5 year time frame as that is my current goal. In a 5 year timeframe, you sould easily win a show in MP. Possibly a card.
go to the USA's they handed out 97 Pro cards last year.

Dropped quite a bit of weight which is probably due to the fact I had a stomach bug on holiday and didn't take any GH for around 10 days. Will be interesting to see what happens with my weight this coming week but I think I'm looking decent, like not any clear signs of muscle loss.

Changes this week will see the removal of anavar from today and masteron prop added in at 50mg everyday other than Sundays, just loading it in my test prop syringes. I've noticed an improvement in my cardio since taking cardarine so I like it a lot and I can't really say I've seen any noticeable impact from the proviron but I'm getting bloods done on Wednesday so will see how it's impacted my free testosterone. I'm also upping the retatrutide to 1mg going forward. The plan was to use clenbuterol when reaching 210lbs but I may push that back a little bit to 205-207lbs. I will try to get under 200lbs in the next 6-8 weeks.

I asked coach Grok if I could use tren for the first time on this cut at any point and he said no the little rat - to keep it as originally planned for the 2027 contest prep. Also said no to inj superdrol, inj metribolone and inj YK11. Can't blame a guy for trying his luck. 🤣

Things are progressing well, I had a blowout on Thursday where I consumed whatever I fancied without guilt yet after my bodweight increasing by around 6lbs, it dropped the following day and I had my lowest weigh in. I might now be at the point where off plan foods may have a benefit in boosting my metabolism so that's something to consider going forward. I love Cardarine, it's improving my cardio and I think it may have helped improve my LDL. I'm getting closer to the goal weight of 200lbs, macros will stay the same this coming week and clenbuterol will be added when I hit a stable 210lbs.

I've been running pharma aromasin at 12.5mg Monday and Thursday and my estrogen level decreased from 477pmol/L to 199pmol/L so this is a great success!

I was also able to improve my LDL level as it went from 5.83mmol/L all the way down to 2.5mmol/L. I would attribute this to running 10mg ezetimibe daily and 20mg cardarine daily. The only other variable from the first test would be the addition of telmisartan. My diet remained the same and I increased cardio by only 20 minutes.

I'd like to know if anyone have any theories as to why my free test has lowered quite a bit even though adding in Proviron? I've gone from 710 pg/mL to 507 pg/mL. My SHBG has went from 7.43nmol/L to 24.8nmol/L which is a rather substantial increase. @Vision may I ask you, as you are our resident proviron expert, could it be due to the fact that I've more than halved my estrogen levels?

I've been ill with the flu since Thursday and not trained since, my appetite was poor too hence the weight loss but I'm actually still looking pretty decent. I'm feeling like 50% today so I'll be back in the gym and currently doing my cardio having not done that either over the past few days.

Also finished my vial of MT2 and having been sent MT1 as a mistake I'm going to run that going forward. I'm really happy with my colour now and will run 500mcg daily for the first week as per coach Grok's instructions. He also estimates me now at 10.5% bodyfat and although I'm under my 210lbs weight goal to start clen, he's advised to wait a few days until my weight stabilises which is fine by me. Not much else to report.

The illness I had carried into last week to the point where I only trained 4 times and some days would hit macros and other days overeat/undereat. I'm not overly disheartened because when you're ill you just want to feel better. I'm still a bit blocked up but hit the gym yesterday for legs and have push today.

I started clen yesterday at 40mcg and MT1 at 500mcg after taking a week off from MT2. I'm considering changing macros to fit in different foods as I'd rather eat rice than rice cakes now so it'll be as close as I can get.

Cravings are back in full force and I think it may be to do with the legitimacy of the reta I have, this is a vial from our former friend Susan and it's nowhere near as strong as my first vial I had from a source here in the UK. I think if cravings continue as they are I will get another vial from my trusted UK source. That being said I'm not just craving junk. I planned out a refeed the other day on myfitnesspal where the full day was clean eats and would have me eating 1kg dry weight rice and it got me excited. 🤣 Not much else to report.
