Hey, fat chud here.

Background

24 years old

Total lifting career 7 years 3 of which consistent hard training, progressive overloading, 4-5 days a week, great progress muscle wise.

Also, fat fucking chud who could not put a fork down ever, and has been hyper obsessed with lifting when should have been doing cardio, so this entire lifting career has been a perma bulk.

<30~% body fat
6 foot 260 lbs
Can post photos of physique but would have to redact a bit due to identifying tattoos.

Preface over here’s dilemma

I’ve done research through the forms on the effects of gear on fat bodies such as myself.

Through this research I’ve found the association of the elevated estrogen level due to my size and possible horrible sides or crashing my natural levels permanently, and while this research seems to correlate to what other users have said I cannot dismiss the countless other examples of other fat bodies utilizing test to achieve what I seek.

Currently on 4 mg of reta and progress has been great, slowly but surely losing weight leaning down, doing multiple forms of good cardio daily while still progressively overloading and lifting in the gym.

So here comes the actual question.

Would I be an idiot to introduce 300-500 test E as my first ever cycle with the reta to achieve my goal of an aesthetic physique.

No bloods to post because I would like some insight on the idea before moving forward, but best believe I would follow a safe strict protocol of checking my bloods thoroughly and etc.

Thanks for your time

If you have been working out for 7 years you probably have at least somewhat of a good base I would imagine. You said it yourself about putting the fork down. You don't need gear. You need a consistent calorie deficit, cardio and train your balls off. Get that bodyfat down first. At your bf % losing muscle isn't happening.

What MK Said above

..and this part isnt true. Nobody uses gear to lose weight. They use diet and discipline. Dont believe the hype. I was once 350lbs. Ask me how I know.

Lose the fat first. You'll thank yourself.

I'm gonna second (Third? Fourth? Fifth?) everything said above. At 24 years old the last thing you need is gear. Count your macros (MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, there are several others). Stay in a ~200/day deficit with a good balance of protein, carbs, and healthy fats. Do your cardio and continue to lift. 24 year olds don't need gear to get into really good shape, see: pretty much every professional, college/scholastic, and amateur athlete ever. If you think your T is low (which it probably isn't, not really), getting lean will fix the living shit out of it. Stay in a consistent deficit for 6 months while continuing to push in the gym then come back and show us how amazing you look and feel. You fucking got this man! 💪
