Yeah, when I lived back in the city, bro. Those places on the side were a dime a dozen. All of these places around here are on the up, and up and always wanna sell you more than you came in for. I actually did need tires coming up in the next month or 2, but I had really hoped to wait for it. It was just a bummer for the timing. Honestly, if I had the choice. And I didn't get stuck doing the tires. I probably would have broke down for the brakes today because they are definitely singing to me! 😝

yea my maverick needs new tires pretty soon. got a good 60k on them stock, and the stock tire has generally bad reviews, with most replacing under 40.
ill probably squeeze another 10k before i replace them, other then a sidewall puncture im pretty cautious when it comes to tires.

Yeah, no doubt I joke about it. But I do more than enough driving to recognize the need to keep your shit in check, it had to be done.
 
Ok so the oil change became that and 4 tires. FML... had a nail in the sidewall which of course is always considered unrepairable. That's not even all the bad news. Because I know I needed brakes, but these guys were like yo.... those pads are at 2mm and thats like really low and you should change them now... I'll just drive slow for the next couple few weeks till I can afford to pay for that.
In other news, the Monday Legs A is complete. I don't know if I was just bummed out because of all the money I had to spend. But I had lazy legs today! I did all the movements and the weight was reasonable. But for whatever reason, I was just not feeling it, I basically did it just to get it done and get out of there.
I'm working on the food now and I am pretty well on track. I don't want to have to eat more food come the end of the week LOL.

That sucks man. I just picked up pads and rotors today. I work on my own stuff so it’s not as bad . Cost me 390$ for rear pads rear rotors and an oil filter 😬

I used to do all that shit myself as well, but now the old lady gets all nutty about it.
 
Morning weight 184.6 up 1.6 from yesterday. I am working today so I tapped out the Thursday Pull yesterday and managed a couple of quick videos for coach. The process went easily enough and I will be sending him more.
The workout was solid and I had an awesome pump coming out of it. I went to the secondary gym and quickly realized why I don't generally do my Thursday Pull there. The Universal station was built for short people! I tried to do the single arm. Let cable pull Downs there. But the pulley only goes high enough for me to basically get my arm bent at a 90 degree angle... the long and short is that I was unable to get a full extension for the pull down.Which coach quickly pointed out. I kinda had the feeling when I got on the machine. But like I said, it was just to go and try the process. I'm gonna try the other gym where they have the paramount training machine. The arms go up high enough for the full range of motion and I will see if they will let me make the videos there as well.

I just cannot catch a break! Just started peeing blood! No idea why and thankfully no pain. I'll keep the log updated as I find out more...

Just wanted to drop a quick post and follow up on this week's events! The bleeding finally stopped last night, and I feel otherwise pretty good. I went and dropped off a sample at the lab yesterday and from what I can see, the results indicate No, infection, but a very swollen prostate. I have an appointment with doc this Thursday and we'll see what goes on from there. In the meantime, I skipped yesterday's workout because I was still bleeding slightly. I also reduced food intake for the last couple of days to non lift numbers. The weight did not take a huge hit and check-in pics look pretty damn good, even if I do say so myself LOL.
I am going to go to the gym. And try the friday push and see what comes of it... i'll post that later. And for now, a couple few check-in pics below.

Bro don't think that I didn't seriously review every single piece of food or fluid I took down in order to find any other reason than it was actually bleeding... this is one of those times where you wish you could say no big deal. I just ate 3 pounds of beets.

Friday push in the book... on a Saturday!
I skipped a couple due to the bloody pee thing but decided to tap out the Friday Push over the legs. I really can't say that one would have or wouldn't have affected the condition more than the other.But I figure arms are further away from... IDK?
Anyway, the session was awesome. Had a great pump, got all the movements in with the RPs on chest and back. That's it for now enjoy the weekend lads, pics below.

Just finished check-in with coach. We have collectively decided to drop back to a Test and HGH only cruise at 300wk and 6iu/ night. The Dose is half of my cycle dose and we are dropping the MAST and PRIMO for now. Coach also adjusted my Macros accordingly and we are doing 550 and 275. This is going to be interesting and take a second to get used to as I was just at 475 on rest days.
We will adjust my workouts as far as reps go. The urology doc is planning ti do the power wash on my prostate and feels it's best to reduce the strain due the recent spontaneous bleeding.
I also hope to get the hernia doc on board and kill two issues during the same time period and cut down the lost time for work and training.
The week went well otherwise, weight is holding in the 180's and I'm off to Cancun in 8 anda wake up!
First world problems 🙄
