For sure. I have found that I have a bit of a sweet tooth as well. At least more than for salty stuff. But apple sauce has been a go to for me since I started this lifestyle.yea i really like it, pretty much all carbs.

Not sure about the almond milk but fairlife fat free and lactaid fat free with the whey and pudding mix is good.diet for tomorrow, making some icecream tonight.
if its total dogshit tasting, then im just gonna delete it and add in chicken breast.
i dont have enough calories atm to just eat it and suck it up.
every single calorie is very important to me and I cherish them all.

If the almond milk is garbage, the fairlife has better macros and works for me
