I do eat A LOT of Cinnamon Applesauce. No sugar added. Great source of carbs and nothing else. Sounds like the Apple Pie Filling will be another decent choice. 😁

yea i really like it, pretty much all carbs.
never really realized i have a sweet tooth, but it works for me for a little dessert after dinner or after eating in general.

For sure. I have found that I have a bit of a sweet tooth as well. At least more than for salty stuff. But apple sauce has been a go to for me since I started this lifestyle.

The hotel lighting was sick.
Little bloated from pounding 2 meals.
Road trip plus weigh ins then family dinner to reload and delayed my lunch 2 a bit.
115 carbs roughly and 120 protein

My stomach can't handle it anymore lol 😆

Either way the leanness getting evident. Back has ways to go but wayyyy better.

woke up and was NOT feeling it.
struggled with pull day today alot. felt like it took half the workout to like wake up and start doing this thing.
mostly maintained strength, and lost a few reps on lat pullovers, everything else was on rep.
right around wg latpulldowns got pretty into it and things got a bit better.

bjj 1 hour, but I felt like it was real light today for whatever reason.
will probably get an extra 30 cardio this evening to stay on track since I have the time available right now so why not.
sick season coming round the corner, and i have a tattoo in 3 weeks, and then another in january.
trying to get this calf sleeve done and outta my hair.

dont expect the nov one to impact much, besides no bjj for a little, the january one may impact me a little but not anymore then last years which was like 1 mid quad work out and was fine after that.

if its total dogshit tasting, then im just gonna delete it and add in chicken breast.
i dont have enough calories atm to just eat it and suck it up.
every single calorie is very important to me and I cherish them all.

I will be joing the misery. Talked with my coach this morning and we decided to transition from off-season to a short hold phase, then into prep . lol
a friend of mine is in prep right now and it looks awful lol.
he was really big, and when he posted his pic 12weeks out i thought there was no way.
he just updated me on his current physique and i was pretty shocked he got that lean but it hasnt been easy.
they had him on 1300 cals low day, but no tracking on veggies and his only source of carbs those days.

Nutrition-
5 meals a day
Low day-1300 calories, P 250g, F 35g, C only from veggies not counting
Medium day-1450 calories; P 250g, F 50g, C only from veggies not counting
High day-3300 calories, P 220g, F 0g, C 600g
I have 1 high day a week, 5 medium, 1 low

Not sure about the almond milk but fairlife fat free and lactaid fat free with the whey and pudding mix is good.

If the almond milk is garbage, the fairlife has better macros and works for me
