190.1 finally little break. Surprised actually last night before bed was 197 ish.

Long 5 hour drive. I had 2 16oz diet sodas and 4 24oz water bottles plus food.

I was like okay ill be heavy whatever.
I woke up probably 7 times at night to pee lol.
Despite disruption felt really rested with almost 7 sleep.

We had used this scale for his weigh ins forever I guess over the summer uncalibrated.

Dude was pigging out with pizza and stuff, weighed .9 over the lower class lmao.

So probably drop haha.

Anyways enough of that nonsense. Invested in a real scale a nice befour. Will be worth it to not have to deal with this nonsense lol.

its ashgwanda I started friday/saturday.
coach told me not to stress out, so looked up a stress reliever and saw ashgwanda works. which I happened to have on hand. i think its working real good lol.

feel pretty zen, i think it actually lowered my cortisol, which in turn made me release mega water.
I guess thats fine, ill just try taking it during the day, instead of night so it doesnt disrupt sleep so much. its pretty ridiculous, reminds of me of the androgen bloat drop when he stop cycle.

yea just gonna not take it before bed, peeing 4-5 times and emptying a full FULL bladder is a little much lol.
gonna try around noon- 3 and see how it goes.

I saw guys on insta cutting and using mustard alot, and I didnt understand why.
holy hell mustard is goated haha.

i dont think ive ever finished a mustard bottle in my life, and here I am buying 3 to have them everywhere at all times.

peeing dropped quite a bit and was mostly day peeing, but sleep was kinda restless for whatever reason.

wickedly hard pullday.
did what i could but lost reps all over, might back off a set somewhere friday (coaches orders) if I feel as shitty as I did today.
really ran outta gas.

hamstring day tomorrow should be interesting, but I think I can handle it no problems.
pull day can be overbearing so its to be expected, and on push incline smith the one fucking me up.

physique still seems to be improving, but still need that backfat to melt off more but seeing more definition little by little.

not that my weight matters, the mirror does, but im probably actually around 187 186 i think. ill check in the morning to satisfy my curiousity.

no real update today since site has been all messed up for me.
went well and on my scale came in 189.2 again.

good ham day. smith squats dropped 5 lbs last 2 sets everything else hit it.

good bjj and made some food changes. added sweet potatoes for lunch, really hit the spot with some cinammon stevia and some sugar free sauces.
and ground beef just cooking style change. dont think will make much of a difference but well see.

yea same one everyday. at some point may switch, but its like kinda big so have it in the garage for now.

checked my true weight on the befour after i got back from practice and drinking 3 20oz of water and was 186.5. after on my regular scale was 191.
so thats puts my fasting true weight @ 185.5 ish roughly.

pretty interesting, and my bjj buddies thought I was lying when I said i was 189, turns out im even less lmao.

Last few weeks of prep EVERYTHING gets mustard on it.

Started adding it on top of my egg whites this last go around and it’s become a staple

havent needed to drop a set yet. sleep is goated for me right now. 7 is absolutely perfect but hard for me to get, 6.5 works well however.

those noodles are not bad for what you get.
i just added some of my sauce that i was putting chicken on them instead and they just taste like teriyaki hughes lol.
they add about 150grams of volume for the cost of 6 carbs so worth.
they do have the texture of like plastic sorta, but i dont care haha.

feeling full right now feels so good lol.

ive been making my daughter sushi.
i dont make it too fancy, all shitty, but shes 7 she doesnt care.
it looks and tastes like sushi so shes fine with it.

i made her the wildest concoctions and she loved em lol.

cream cheese, avocado, and pepperoni slices.
velveeta cheese, avocado slices, and a fish stick lmao.

whenever this cut is over im trying this shit i made her to see what the hell it tastes like because now im curious lol.

getting a little fatigued at the end of the day, but when I wake up and get around 6 6.5 of sleep im pretty good.
my hunger issue tends to come around 3 - 6. thats when im going fucking nuts. once i eat around that time im good.

i mean im hungry here and there all day but thats when its just unusually strong.

either way good shit today and I literally maintained on every single thing. did not miss not 1 rep, but didnt get any extra either.

did 40 min incline walking today.

tomorrow i got ham day and a little nervous but should be alright. once I get past smith squats im okay.

same foods as yesterday, giving those noodles another shot.

back looking a little bit tighter. :D
