Low days when traveling gonna be funny when I whip out my ice-cream with the team 😂

My wife just picked up some Ryse Little Debbie Christmas cake flavor. I don’t know about it. But I guess we will find out. 🤣

She loves Peppermint too. It I’ve never been a big fan of peppermint. So she will probably have that one to herself too. That’s ok. She just needs to stay away from my Skippy Peanut Butter now. Hehe

Does it have chunks of the little Debbie’s in it? The ghost proteins I buy have chunks of what ever flavor it is in there. That’s why I love ghost lol just curious if ryse is the same way?

My kids and wife hate every single thing i eat. But this ice cream i can definitely get them on it. Which is great for my littles since will make weight management even easier.

minor diet adjustments
took out .5 scoop whey preworkout, and added the remaining protein for breakfast meal. seems to work out a bit better this way.
workout not affected too much and satiety for lunch kept in check.
