Changes to Moneygram

So I found out when I was paying for my order that moneygram requires an ID for the reciever even with a test question. Think this is going to have an effect in our world? Sound off!

I have been receiving money from moneygram... actually a couple of times in the last week with a test question and no ID. I know walmart changed there policy but other check cashing places and agent locations have not. But I am now becoming aware that a lot of these places are only paying out with Money Orders. So even though you can pick the Money Order up without an ID, you might still need an ID to cash the Money Order. I have one location close to me that will cash the money order without an ID and another agent location that will still pay out with cash and no ID on the test question. I've been looking into other options to receive funds and it seems that options are limited. MoneyGram still seems to be working for me but its getting riskier. Let me know if you figure anything out. I've started looking into bitcoins. The problem is, even if I can figure out that whole deal. I would need the people sending me money to know how it works as well. and since half of America is semi retarded, that can be an issue.

Took the words out of my mouth. Western union may be an option too, I dont think they need ID. Didnt want to go too much into specifics but the second opinions are appreciated.
