The book of Enoch intrigues because in Genesis Enoch walked with God daily, he knew God intimately and accordingly to the Bible he never died but was just gone one day as if God removed him and brought him home.
I bought the book and two compensation guides with it since I’m a total research guy, when I rabbit hole I bring the couch and hang out to find a conclusion that resonates and confirms the Bible, Enoch doesn’t do that.
Enoch had some truths in it, and that is the deception, every good lie contains truth or it wouldn’t be easily believed. Or as scripture says even a little leaven leaves the whole loaf of bread, in other words, truth, it’s black and white no gray areas, it’s 100% truth or the whole book should not be trusted.
I would describe Enoch as fiction as a whole . It glorifies the demonic realm that occupies the spirit realm which is more real than the physical realm we see and live in.
God would never allow that in His word brocade He literally says
The Bible glorifies the Son of God the Father YHWH and the entirety of the Bible is to lead you to Jesus the Son who glorifies His Father and the Father glorifies Him see John 17 (amplified version is best) for more on this in Jesus prayer for His disciples amd those who read the words of disciples, all believers today
Satan counterfeits everything God does so yeah Enoch can be very confusing and seems and sound like truth, but it’s not since it glorifies evil and contradicts Gods word, it is sent to confuse people
I’ve seen evil, I’ve heard evil audibly and the demons people jokingly talk about are very real, God reveals though Paul in Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.
Sonic God wanted us to read The book of Enoch and know the names of all these demons, who and what they do, He would have included it.
Think***, its equivalent to a father wanting to teach his son how to achieve success in life both spiritually and socially but only telling him to recognize failures in both categories.
That’s Enoch in a nutshell, there is no Godly wisdom, only descriptions of how evil coincides/prevails in this fallen world next to us with no edification or guidance in who you are in Christ or Gods wisdom to guide you like proverbs teaches wisdom.
Read Ephesians, Galations and Philippians, those books are relevant and Paul teaches us who we are and how to walk in life, even Romans and Acts, truthfully the whole New Testament is for the now as we are the gentiles until we repent from unbelief to belief
