You’re a machine bro my god. Stupid question but I’m genuinely curious because you clearly have a system that’s works. What’s your morning routine? Do you roll out of bed and get a walk in? Do you fast or just eat throughout the day?
 
What’s your morning routine?

4am- chores, I have 12 dogs to feed and water, move from crates in building and in the house to outdoor kennels. this can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. average is around an hour.

5am-train

625am- walk kids to bus and watch them get on it. :LOL:

7am- laundry, dishes, nutrition, edit footage, post in logs

8-9:05am- cardio

10-11am- walk

11-11:45am- nutrition, youtube, internet

Do you fast or just eat throughout the day?

I have my first meal around 7am. then eat again around 11am.

Agreed 1000%. I’m sure you’ve worked hard to earn this lifestyle but damn I’m jealous! Thanks for the detail, goes to show having a plan and structure is part of it but execution is what matters.
