Gained a pound back on this vacation feelimg bloated and soft. Trying to workout where i can but cardio seems non exsistant here in chincoteague va. Smh headimg to ovean city md tommorow through sat and the resort has a decant loolimg gym so im hoping to cut back down a litttle.
Don't stress about it. It's probably just water anyway. Less stress, less water retention.
 
Beach shot. As i said a lil soft. Can still see the start of a 4 pack. I think i can cut 2-3 lbs by the 30th if i stop eating steaks and shrimp lol. Hey asked my girl to marry me she said yes so a little celebrating is ok in my opinion.

Doing great with the diet, cardio and seeing more definition.

I hit that runners high today, could have kept going but had to get back on the job, save some energy for an afternoon workout.

9 more days, I'm feeling good. Gonna kick this in high gear for the final stretch!

Just got to ocean city and the future .iss skywalker33 has a migraine so i thought id get in a quick pump! Smh worst gym ever lol 2 treadmills, 1 row machine, 1 recombent bike, heavy bag, 2 flat benches , 4 medacine balls, 4 kettle bells, 1 cable fly machine and dumbells up to 50lbs. Oh well a quick 3 miles ahould do something.

It's been a bit since I posted, I'm on a job site, working solo, off grid build. Been getting the morning cardio in, usually 20-30 minutes of a slow jog on the local roads. Being able to get to the gym has been way off. You guys that work construction for a living then bust ass in the gym are beasts! I almost fell.off thr loft, grabbed on the edge somehow and banged the inside of my elbow and stung my funny bone. Fingers were on fire for a few days. That was about a week ago? Using topical "Healz" but no benefit so far.

I was able to hit a new gym on Friday. It's a physical therapy place, l the gym is a lot better than my previous and really no one there mid day. My last real weigh in was 184# I don't think I'm that low now, but no scale at the build, couldn't strip down at the gym...the old lady working on her hip replacement probably would have been OK with it, but I dont have enough tren in me for that one...

I see I lost what little cap on the delt I had and biceps are 1/2" smaller as well. Getting leaner. Diet has been on as prescribed or less. I started at 202, down to 184, that's 18 pounds. I'll get my Styku scan end of next week and compare the start for body fat loss.

im looking forward to my next objective. I'm very impressed that sticking to a clen protocol can be this effective. I've tried to run clen in the past but couldn't stick thru the jitters. Glad I stuck it out.

Would you say the body gets used to it and the sides seem to diminish after some time?
 
that's where ketotefin helps imo. ive read that even if you aren't feeling the jitters its still working. I don't agree with that, and I'm probably wrong as fuck. why not keep the receptor open for more clen use if you can. long as you can handle the heart rate and possible bp increase. During this run over 12 weeks I pulled my cycle way down because my BP got out of control, but I got it all worked out. Looking forward to more carb cycling and less drugs next 18 weeks.

I've seen your bodyfat level and your next objective is to stop taking clen or anything else and drop weight to where you want.

Agree with it or not. Clens mechanism of fat loss is still working when the jitters and shakes aren't present.

You don't need ketotefin. All it does is bring back on the sides.
 
rather be a little more lean, and just keep working out build up my chest and back some more to be honest. I'm not getting onstage, but I'm very interested in being the best version of myself. Just think I've taken things to a point where a little guidance might help me out. I can stick a diet, stick macros, do what's needed. Today is my 53rd birthday. As long as i don't hurt myself, I'm fine being in the gym 5x a week. Either in the garage or at the gym. I've made it part of my day to day lifestyle now. I think of my protein in grams lol. Probably need a more dedidcated program to follow for the next few weeks that will address what I need.
 
31 pages and I can’t find it but anyone care to share their Clen protocol again? I’m sure it’s here and I over looked it. Looking at seeing what I can get out of now. Definitely lean enough I think but I’d like to burn off some lower back and a small amount on the lower abs. Once again guys great fucking work!
