Great conditioning.. in form bro...Busy week traveling to a few different client shows and a little bit of work travel on top of the normal routine. Have held steady diet and training wise, weight has been the same for a week roughly, but visual changes have been happening rapidly. Very happy with this look so far a few weeks into the rebound. Very impressive bro... Keep that up .It's been a bit since I posted, I'm on a job site, working solo, off grid build. Been getting the morning cardio in, usually 20-30 minutes of a slow jog on the local roads. Being able to get to the gym has been way off. You guys that work construction for a living then bust ass in the gym are beasts! I almost fell.off thr loft, grabbed on the edge somehow and banged the inside of my elbow and stung my funny bone. Fingers were on fire for a few days. That was about a week ago? Using topical "Healz" but no benefit so far.
I was able to hit a new gym on Friday. It's a physical therapy place, l the gym is a lot better than my previous and really no one there mid day. My last real weigh in was 184# I don't think I'm that low now, but no scale at the build, couldn't strip down at the gym...the old lady working on her hip replacement probably would have been OK with it, but I dont have enough tren in me for that one...
I see I lost what little cap on the delt I had and biceps are 1/2" smaller as well. Getting leaner. Diet has been on as prescribed or less. I started at 202, down to 184, that's 18 pounds. I'll get my Styku scan end of next week and compare the start for body fat loss.

Hey bro,View attachment 145087
216 and have some gains but to be honest I’m not happy with my results by any means. The clen is absolutely amazing and probably the only thing keeping me visually half ass decent. Getting sick took me about a month and a week to get over on top of dealing with my TRT doctors bullshit. I wasn’t able to run anything but very low test 150-200 mg almost all cycle. Diet was extremely good the first half of the competition and then just went to shit after post sickness. I actually had to take two arithmozin packs and prendensoine to heal up which made dieting hell. I’m not making any excuses for myself and I take full accountability for my actions, but I believe I don’t even deserve to finish.
I really appreciate the opportunity. I will post beginning and end pictures but for somebody that has been lifting for 15 years, I know I did not get my full potential on this cut.Hey bro,
Do not be disappointed.. glad you've tried best.. stay motivated ahead .
Jim
