people used to freak out at me on ugbb a couple years ago cuz i had chicken fettuccini alfredo as a main meal... i looked like shit, but thats kinda how everyone starts. current diet makes my former self look locked in 💀
 
my son has a wicked sensitive tongue and nose.
slight tism, he has to smell anything new before he can even try it. if it doesnt past the smell test, doesnt go in his mouth.
he doesnt like splenda or stevia but handles diet sodas well.

his favorite is diet fanta and diet big red.
i imagine those taste the closest to the real thing.
I'm dying to know his thoughts on diet orange crush

whenever certain brands have been out ive tried like the next best thing and hes hated it before.
I cant think of any off the top of my head but hes helped me figure out like which off brands are the same for chips and things like that.
one time our local supermarket changed the offbrand potato chips and he noticed right away lol.

i actually kinda want him in college to try to be a wine sommelier.

Going to be going to a pretty sick downtown city with some coworkers/friends. got a silent hill duo costume planned with the gf; pyramid head and a nurse. going to brutally mog everyone. not going to say what city because i'll probably be the only pyramid head there and dont wanna call myself out to law enforcement til afterwards

todays low was 185.6 😱
i didnt train and barely did cardio cuz i had no energy. the heat was really manageable. i did 750 last night and 500 this morning. i may do 750 and 750 next weekend. it seems like i'll be pretty much normal by work monday. did 30min cardio

I've never seen anything beyond 500mg/mL.

This would 100% being mixed with lower mg compound/mL oil and going into a LARGE muscle.

right now anabolics wise im only on 500mg test so im sleeping fairly well
 
forgot to update the log based on my new strat. the 8hr dnp nuke worked. sunday and monday i just ate out whatever i wanted didnt even do cardio. by monday i was already cooled off enough i wasnt antsy or anything during work. then tuesday i woke up 186.2. looks like i lost a good amount of fat in those two days.

Friendly reminder that DNP compounds over time even if you skip a day with those dosages. Be safe. Not feeling extremely hot is not the only indicator that this stuff is at full steam. Stay hydrated and out of the heat.

skipping 6 days. only taking it friday night and saturday morning. changed the plan after how how well the first burst went seeing that i dont need it throughout the week. this is way more manageable than even doing just 250 straight all week it seems

not even that. never took them with any of my dnp runs. i do have to spam antihistamines or i get bad allergic reactions to it
Right on. There is nothing it inherently effects other than mitochondrial decoupling and raising body temp. It actually has insulin lowering and cholesterol capabilities. That's why I hate when people say it's toxic. It's not.

so the weight hasnt come back yet. just been eating whatever i want during the week, but i started reta and cagri trapasaurus sent me. cant tag him maybe they deleted him for the vegeta thing idk. i overdid the cagri because i got my days of the week mixed up and had some projectile vomiting episodes last night, so that could partially explain the low weight. new dnp starting tomorrow night thought 😈 im thinking 1g friday night, then sat morning i can accurately gauge if i should top it off with 250 or just 500. either of those should end up fairly manageable.

hit arms today. im noticeably smaller since the nuking. after this next nuking i should start looking freaky though and start having more pop so it will be worth it
