I do not understand programming.
Since I got here in April I have trained in four very distinct ways. That's a lot of switching.
I do not want to waste the next 20 weeks. I wasted my first cycle with abysmal programming.
I make a decision then read something or watch something that contradicts the plan I just spent hours formulating.
As an example, my back day used to consist of six different kinds of rowing movements with 100 reps.
I read its redundant and a waste of time. pick the one you get the most out of use it until I can't progress then swap in the next one.
that made sense to me until I read about hitting a muscle from all the different angles.
